Everything is good but sound proofing is poor,whole night cannot sleep,sound come from upstairs, children running around,stomping upstairs,door closing and opening sound, car driving sound,if u are light sleepers, u cannot make it for a night

The hotel was amazing and the choice at breakfast was brilliant. The location was also perfect as was central to pretty much everything we wanted to see. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the castle.

Staff has to step up with Their service, especial in reception and at breakfast. They need at breakfast to learn to give a smile and not look at you like “What do you want?”. In reception not willing to help when a problem needed to be solved. In general most in lack of speaking English.

Absolutely amazing stay. Much better than expected. Easy check in, stunning and comfy rooms with a fantastic breakfast. Amazing location right by town centre. Will definitely be back!
Only downside, no clear place to dispose of dirty nappies and reception staff not really able to understand what we were looking for.

Property is nice and clean. King bed made from 2 twin is acceptable. However, providing two twin comforters takes away benefits of King bed.

A nice hotel with a lovely breakfast, but unfortunately on our stay there was a problem with the electrics which meant the lights went on in the middle of the night and the air con wouldnt work. Staff werent all that helpful in letting us know what was going on.

The hotel was very dog friendly and didn't even blink at our Vlcak. Its located across the street from the castle, which made walking the dog a pleasure. Everyone was super friendly. I'd say that the food at the restaurant across from the lobby was not worth the prices they charge though. But, the breakfasts were amazing.

Very pleased I booked this hotel. Everything was perfect from Parking to Check In, to a comfortable very modern room. Then the breakfast had a huge choice of food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is very central and easily accessible and well connected.
The rooms were nicely sized, clean and comfy.
The staff was friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.
The breakfast buffet was great, there's an egg station where they prepare your eggs how you want them, and all other options were of a nice variety and good quality.

Very central location, yet quiet. Under the hill of Spilberg castle.
Standard room and lovely surprisingly wide range of choices breakfast including hash browns ❤️ and a freshly cooked omelette. Also the breakfast area is in a large space with floor to ceiling windows, so well lit etc, really liked that part of the hotel. Oh and vegan corner during a breakfast - nice touch, GF would loved that if she was with us. I'd certainly be back, really good value.

The stay at this hotel was amazing, great location, great room and for us the best part was the staff at breakfast who made our daughter’s first holiday extra special with a special shout out to the breakfast chef who made teddy bears made out of fruit (which was the hi-light for her every day)

Very extensive gym facilities. This was the main purpose to stay here. Not the newest equipment but still in good condition.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January.
The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town; walkable to most of the key sights.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The lobby and bar area in the hotel was great and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Reception staff were also very pleasant apart from one who seemed to work the evening shift - she was unwelcoming and unfriendly.
The airport is about 15-20 minutes away (Brno-Tuřany).
Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
