We arrived early and asked about dropping off our luggage. We were offered a small storage but it turned out our room was already prepared and we could check in early. That was amazing.

Giannis harika bir ev sahibi. Kafanıza takılan herhangi bir şeye yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Son gün uçak saatimize kadar bavullarımızın odamızda kalmasına da müsade etti.
Evin konumu Metro durağına 9dk mesafede. Atina’da her yere ulaşım metroyla çok kolay hallediliyor. Evin muhiti çok iyi ve etrafında yemek, cafe, bar mekanları çok fazla ve iyi.
Bir daha Athina’ya gelirsek tekrar Giannis ile iletişime geçeceğiz.

La localización y que había plancha en el apartamento. La comunicación con el dueño (aunque no vino a recibirme).
La humedad del apartamento. Era la habitación del bajo, y no podías dejar las ventanas abiertas; todavía se acumulaba más humedad. Hay muchos mosquitos y bichos por la pared. No hay persianas ni tampoco cortinas para todas las ventanas, así que te despiertas con el amanecer. Sale mal olor de las tuberías del edificio así que junto con el olor a humedad, se forma un olor muy desagradable. El agua de la ducha se sale fuera fácilmente, aún más humedad. Elegí ese apartamento porque quería la habitación de un piso superior, y justo me entregan el bajo, alegando que es “upgrade” al jardín (solo es una terraza con baldosas, no tiene ni sillas ni mesa ni vistas, solo te ven todos los vecinos). No volveré.

A modern clean flat close to the center of the city. Nicely furnished, perfect bathroom, good kitchen. I felt at home immediately. Host was very careful to make sure that everything goes smoothly. There are some nice bars around the corner for coffee and drinks.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a nice kitchen and bathroom, perfect for two people. The bedroom was neither small or too big, but comfortable enough to fit our luggage and with its own air conditioning system.
The building manager, Mr. Giannis, was incredibly accomodative and polite, always willing to help us with any problems or questions.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom.
The balconies in our apartment were small with view of the backs of other buildings.

The host was awesome. He was easy to communicate, always available to help 24hrs regardless of the time in a day. The place is reasonably close to the attractions and a bus stations.
I like everything but just to comment, a dishwasher would be helpful in the kitchen. Especially for a family like us who will be using a lot of kitchen items.. Washing everything by hand takes a lot of time.

A bit smaller that I thought but not a problem though. Would be good to have a washing line on the balcony to dry clothes after washing.

Modern apartment with washing machine, good size bathroom. There was 2 balconies although no scenic view was quiet.
Yianni was helpful, good to talk to offering tips on the cafes in the area etc.
There were a few supplies short but after letting Yianni know we got what we needed.

The property was a perfect modern apartment. Everything was new and it had everything you need for a home away from home - full kitchen facilities, washing machine etc. Soaps, coffee was provided. 10min walk to the metro that goes right across Athens (tourist attractions included). Yiannis was an amazing host, he went above and beyond - he printed our boarding passes even though there was no printer open nearby, he drove to the apartment and searched for a wallet which we thought might have been left behind, he even drove up the street to see if the wallet fell down anywhere. He was an exceptional host!

I went to Athens for an important exam, and I needed a quiet place for some last-minute studying and a good night's sleep. This place fulfilled my expectations.
I also booked an extra day to visit Athens and I found that the location was only a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis. From there you could take a tour bus to see other key locations in Athens. Also, after a full day of visiting I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tour bus actually could drop us off only about 2 minutes away from the apartment, which was a nice plus.
The place was clean, mostly quiet, its location was great and the host was gracious and responsive.

great location. mostly quiet but is still close to many amenities. Acropolis is within walking distance. the flat is nicely decorated. the owner was very helpful. it was good value for money.
we had a ground floor flat so we couldn’t really open the blinds as the window is immediately by the street (a small quiet street with only cars driving passed occasionally), so it felt like a flat without windows. we didn’t really mind as we were out exploring the city during the day and returning late when it was dark anyway, but it might be helpful to say that this is a ground floor flat (or maybe the owner already did but I didn’t see it anyway when I made the booking). not sure what was in the coffee jar but it didn’t smell or look like coffee so we didn’t get any hot drinks in the flat.

property was clean, in a great location and was as described. Easy access, bed comfortable, close to bus stop and shops. The host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and also gave us local restaurant recommendations and extra pillows that we needed.
We would stay here again if in Athens.
A few days before leaving, the drainage system on the bathroom floor had an unpleasant smell coming from it. We contacted the host who explained there were some issues in the area at that time.

Everything was absolutly super. I never meet before owner of apartment like here. He
was very helpful, gave us so much hospitality, told us everything that we need to know, he even gave us hints which is the fastest way, and told us how much is gonna cost the way from the airoort. Apartament was perfectly clean, and look exacly as on the Pictures. It looked as a brand new! We felt like home. If you looking for comfortable apartament in the center of Athens, in the good price this one is perfect!

the apartment is so perfect located near to everywhere like Acropolis, Syntagma square and etc. You can easily walk to the city center. Our host is super nice and very helpful and keep contact with us until we leave.

Everything! The apartment is absolutely new! Very clean! Ver cozy place with beautiful furniture .The host is very hospitable, answered all questions instantly, helped in many ways! We were with the dog, they provided bowls and a mat for the dog to sleep, it's wonderful. We stayed for only 2 nights, but there is a great desire to come back and stay for more nights. Thank you very much, we will be happy to return to this apartment.
