駅、コンビニに近く、周辺環境も静か

入居したときに、廊下、部屋そこら中に前に滞在していた人の髪の毛が散乱していて、明らかに掃除をしていなかった。。。 ソファの背もたれの隙間に前に滞在していた人の食べかけのお菓子が挟まっていた。。。

住宿地點不錯，在晴空塔附近，當天晚上很晚才抵達，飯店入住手續非常麻煩

空調半夜會變很冷

宿泊前からですがチェックインの事や滞在中のわからない事にもメールや電話でもすぐ対応していただき、不安なく過ごす事がで出来ました。

洗濯乾燥機があると思ってたど、なかった事とお風呂が思ってたより狭かった事。シャワーの勢いが弱かった事。

It's a disaster staying there. We almost sleep at the street because they keep on changing the room code. Everytime we went out when we come back we cannot enter our room we need to call them coz they keep on changing the room code were tourist we dont have a local phone to contact them we need to look for the Japanese people who will help us to call them in order to tell them that we cannot enter into our room thats the time that they will give us a new room code so that we can enter they change the room 3x its really stressful NEVER AGAIN TO THAT PLACE. MAT OSHIAGE II gggrrrrrr!!!

This property was amazing. The place was very clean, you can’t hear the neighbors, the beds were comfy, and the landlord was very nice and could speak both Japanese and English

The location was convenient.

Fourth floor with no elevator and difficult to access the door codes. Also, there was a piece of clothing inside the bedding from a previous guest.

The property is near a kombini and other markets. And you can see the shibuya sky in your window!

None at all. It’s very accessible

We had a horrible experience staying in this place. Some of the issues were - 1). When we reached the place, we had to find the get our room key from the mail box using the instructions provided over the chat. It was super difficult to open the mail box. We asked for help though booking.com chat but no help was provided. It took us around 35 minutes to figure out how to open the mailbox. 2). The communication done over booking.com chat by this property's manager was very rude. 3). There are no sockets on bedside to charge phone. Only one socket in the entire unit. 4). The foldable couch/bed is very dangerous. When you unfold it to make a bed, it has pointed edges. Because the room doesn't have much space, you walk very closely from the bed's edge. I accidentally injured myself with that. 5). We were charged a 80 dollars cleaning fee which was not shown during the time of booking. Only after confirming the booking, we came to know that there is additional booking fee as well. We contacted Booking.com regarding this but they didn't helped with that. 6). They didn't sent over wifi details. After checking in we had to specifically request for the wifi details and then wait for their response. 7). The room is advertised for 3 people but just 2 towels were provided.
