Unit was well appointed with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy. Friendly management on and off premises. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

The property is very nice and well manicured. Only issues we had was wife has bad knee and struggled with the stairs.. (Guess that was missed during booking) We also thought the pools were heated,(another miss) and thought a simple solar cover would have easily warmed the children's pool enough to be useable. And on 2nd day, wife washed dishes in sink, we went beach, and I came back to condo to find water all over kitchen floor and sink cabinet. I cleaned it all up and re-attached the main sink drainpipe. Simple process and no more leaks but may want to have that checked. Other than that, was very nice. After we left to Panama City I realized I possibly left my shoes behind. I contacted David and he located and mailed them to me. Very nice guy, matter of fact he even helped me unload a very full car when I first arrived. Thank you David.

This place was wonderful! Best part - the view and you could hear the ocean from the balcony! So many thoughtful touches to this condo. Felt like home.

Ocean House is always amazing! We’ve stayed at this complex several times. Granny’s Rest wasn’t as updated as the other units we have previously rented but it had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed that there was no washer and dryer within the unit itself. Therefore we had to pay to use the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great stay at Crescent Beach! The sand is so white and the beach is not crowded at all. We've been to this area in May of 2022 and July of 2023 and both times love how laid back this beach was. We like how close St. Augustine and area attractions like Washington Oaks State Park are. The Beachfront Paradise condo was great all around. The view was amazing as soon as you opened the door. You can see the ocean (and pool) from the main living area, kitchen, balcony, and master bedroom. We loved the beachy decor throughout the entire condo!! It was nicely updated, had everything we needed plus extras like ample beach gear which was great! The grounds were well maintained, the pool was never crowded and had such a great view of the ocean. We also liked the large common area outside the front door with multiple tables/chairs and some views of the Matanza River. If we had any questions, they were always quick to respond. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very happy with everything! Love the view from the condo, the location of the pool, the fine white sand, quiet and expansive beach. Very happy with the condo also. Has everything we need and very comfortable.

Hello! This is the second year we have stayed in the St. Augustine area for our spring break. There are four of us, my husband and I, and our 12 & 17 year old daughters. We have no major complaints, just info. to share for planning purposes. There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and a shower head, but it’s not hooked up. The bunk beds in the guest bedroom are very squeaky, I could hear it clear as a bell in our room when my daughter climbed up to the top bunk and when she changed positions while sleeping. Our doors were closed and we both had the fans on high, so if you have light sleepers, just a heads up. We had three very windy days and the front door isn’t sealed properly, so it sounded like a “haunted house” with howling wind sounds the entire time. Last, when we first walked in, we had trash to throw away and when I went to pull out the trash door, it came off. I took a pic and sent a text to given phone number. They responded immediately that they would send someone to fix it the next day, but no one ever came. Again, these are not big things and did not ruin our stay by any means, I’m just sharing as FYI. The location of the condo, cleanliness, proximity to the beach and area attractions was great!

This condo is the perfect beachfront getaway! It has everything you would need and more, and it’s so clean and updated. The area is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation away from packed beaches. The owners responded immediately with any questions we had which was another bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

My family and I had an amazing experience. Myself, wife, and 3 little ones all got the best of everything. Beach/Pool, clean condo with everything we needed. The proximity to downtown SA as well as the river across the street gave us plenty to do. Pontoon rides, exploring historic downtown, and lots of great foot. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a peaceful getaway!

We love coming to Crescent Beach every year and this is our favorite condo we’ve ever booked. It is beautifully decorated and was spacious for our family. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies and beach equipment. The condo even has plenty of hooks to hang towels and bathing suits! The view is incredible and the complex is very quiet and well-kept. The check in and out procedures were very simple and while there was nothing we needed during our stay, David was easily accessible. We had an absolutely perfect week and can’t come back to stay again!

Would we book this condo again? ABSOLUTELY!! The photos are accurate, and the views are beautiful whether you are looking at the sunrise over the ocean, the powdery-smooth sand, or the sunset over the inter-coastal. Bring your groceries and cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Check-in was easy, as was communicating with the host (even though we didn’t have any problems or need ANYTHING!). The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing getaway! We will absolutely be staying here again.

First time to visit St, Augustine, We had a great time even though the weather was not ideal, The property was great. We had everything we needed for the week. We will rent this property again. Only negative thing is there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, lots of steps if you have trouble with walking up stairs.

The website does state there is no elevator, but there are no ramps, just stairs to move in and out. No property manager on site but emails and text were answered quickly. No instructions with the TV. No local channels. No tables just bar stools for dining. Overall plesant stay with a few inconveniences.

Lovely home and very comfortable. Beautiful view and access to beach. Pool was nice too! Only downfall for us was the steps to access the home.

Everything was exactly as stated and suited our needs. Area has a lot to offer!

Super clean, well maintained, everything pretty much up to date, great views. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Overall experience was excellent. The view is fantastic and the whole strip from St Augustine to Flagler gave us plenty to do. Will definitely return. Recommendations: Beach chairs Welcome mat to keep from tracking in sand
