We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and very convenient to the beach. Sai the property manager was very attentive to any issue or concern we had while staying. When booking the property it does state smoke free. One is to assume this means no smoking in the house, which is totally understandable. However, when you receive the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival the notice informs you the premises is smoke free. I had one smoker with us and he had to walk to the road to smoke versus just standing in the yard as I did not want to lose my security deposit. It should be clear at booking the "entire premises" is smoke free. Other than that, this property is an awesome property to stay at.

This property has everything you need to host your family vacation. Location is perfect, accommodations are exceptional and overall one of the best rental experiences I have had.

The location is great. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The decks were a nice area to drink your morning coffee. The pool was relaxing. A short walk to the beach. The appliances, furniture, and bathrooms were high end quality. The outside shower is a plus when coming home from the beach. We had a group ranging from 4yr -adult. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

We enjoyed being just 2 blocks from the ocean and being able to jump into the heated pool anytime! They were readily available before and during our stay to answer any of our questions. We had a wonderful experience at Seaside Paradise. It was clean and well kept, large rooms with a balcony off Of the master. The pool was amazing as we could heat it to our desired temp. Kids swam for hours! The little details like slippers at every bed, coffee pods by the Keriug, and plenty of towels were thought out and appreciated. We will definitely rent this house again!

During the time leading up to our stay I had several questions at different times for the host. Sai was extremely prompt and thorough with his responses. Our check in instructions arrived via email almost to the minute at 72 hours prior to check in. Easily understood and complete. Upon our arrival my family and me were rewarded with an extremely beautiful house. It was appointed beautifully with furnishings, art and more, all to make our stay feel like home. We had zero negative comments or thoughts about anything from the wonderful bath towels to toys for children to play with on the beach. The saltwater pool was perfect in all regards. The short walk, three to four minutes to the beach was close enough so the kids didn’t tire while walking there. All in all we couldn’t have hoped for anything better, more attractive, more complete in all regards and a great host on top of all else. I might add, the Surfside Beach area south of Myrtle Beach is a winner. One can’t go wrong with this property and location.

We wanted a beach house with a private pool close to the ocean for immediate and extended family. This spot hit the mark perfectly. Easy access to beach. Super clean and modern feel. Pool was too much fun. Would return!

Everything was wonderful! Very accommodating, friendly. Had every amenity you could think of throughout the stay! The property was lovely! Seaside Paradise is the perfect getaway for a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation. With a private heated pool and steps away from the beach, it's a standout among other rentals. The tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen make it an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Really loved our stay here. The house was in great condition with all amenities in place. Very spacious and super clean. We really enjoyed the private pool, and easy access to the beach. Will surely come back again!

We were looking for a place where we could relax and feel at home and this house was perfect! It is spacious, with convenient parking and in a quiet location. It was clean with brand new utensils and all the needed amenities including a washer and dryer which is super important to us. The beach is a short walk and the pool is perfect. We will definitely look to return in summer for more beach time !
