We loved our stay at this property. This is one of those cases, where the pictures, while nice, don't do it justice. The property has a fantastic aspect, looking south over the McDowell Mountains. With great privacy from the neighbors it feels like you're in your own mini resort. The house has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The main floor has really tall ceilings, and all blinds are on remote. 2 bedrooms upstairs (the master and a rear Queen) have en suites. Additionally there is a powder room and a shared full bathroom for the downstairs bedrooms.Kitchen is well outfitted and very spacious. Appliances are pretty average, but do the job. Dining is a bit limited for a group, with a dining table in the kitchen (can easily fit 6, although has 4 chairs), and 4 seats along the kitchen counter.The pool is on the small-ish side, but has a great views, and a small ledge for younger children (the pool itself is quite deep). Some water toys (many inflatables didn't inflate) and lots of pool towels. We were here mid February and had mid 70s days and low 50s nights. The pool was still warm enough for swimming in the morning. Note: if you run the pool river or waterfall this seems to cool down the pool.There is a great loop trail (Lake Overlook trail), that has views over town and the fountain. There is path access at the end of the road, but unfortunately it seems like the neighbors now view its use as trespassing and won't allow its use. Otherwise it is a long walk, or short drive, to other path access points.Would definitely come back.

The property was awesome and really clean. We would highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed over Christmas and it was amazing. They did a great job making sure every detail was perfect for guests needs. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our Boujee in the Desert stay! Golf at We ko pa, mimosas at the pool, pickleball at Four Peaks Park, walking the Fountain View Trail right behind the house. The home is so beautiful and relaxing!! Love all the coffee options and the welcome book had great info. We noticed and appreciated all the extras put into this property!!

We had a great stay. Everything in the house appears to be recently updated. Attention to detail throughout the house. The pool and views are incredible. We only had four people but the home has five bedrooms. Tons of space for larger groups. We will definitely come back.

The home was lovely and met all of our expectations. We happen to love the location and the feeling of solitude that it provides. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and comforts this home brings to a stay. Wonderful and would stay again in a heartbeat.
