Hotel was very clean and the room had great facilities. Staff where friendly. Room wasn't soundproof and joining door let in lots of noise from the neighbour. Booked a twin room but was set up as double. Air con broke on second night and then wouldn't get cold enough again. Breakfast was underwhelming but decent. Not many options for food nearby. Train station close by and easily within walking distance but route to get there doesn't feel particularly safe.

Just know your room will not be cleaned every day. Great place to stay if going to Paris Disney, but it's far from the city center. You will need to take a 40 minute train ride to get to the Louvre and an hour to get to the Eiffel Tower. MKe sure you take that into account.

My recent stay at All Suites Appart Hotel Noisy Le Grand was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, I found that the rooms did not meet my expectations: the bed was extremely hard and small, and the room was not very clean.
The breakfast, for which they charged 13 euros per person, was also underwhelming. When we arrived around 10:00 AM, with 30 minutes left until the end of breakfast time, almost everything was already gone. Additionally, the dishes were left on the tables for a long time and the staff seemed more focused on the owners' family than on the guests.
The photos on Expedia show the best sides of the hotel, but in reality, it looks quite different.
One positive note was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I expected a much better experience given the price and the promises of the photos. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

First time visiting France, it was a cute hotel. One working elevator but the stairs weren't that bad. Felt safe being around the area, a 10 minute walk to the metro, cute little restaurant outside next to the hotel. The staff was nice and there was bus nearby but did not try it out. Also, a nice park is nearby.

Room service need charge, the breakfast is not good, I book for four nights and the last day doesn’t include the breakfast… I even don’t know why and I even cannot buy the last day breakfast on the app…

The stuff is very nice and they all speak English pretty well.
The train station is not too far and perfect if you're wanna go to the Disney land because it's in zone 4 and like in 15 till 20 minutes to reach Disney land.
The kitchen is pretty good so we always had our breakfast in our room.
Mall is close by and you can get everything.
If you have a lot of luggage, I would suggest a Uber or taxi. With the public it's a lot of work especially if it's in the rush hour.
But for that price it's a pretty good hotel and going to Paris takes around 40 minutes depends on where you wanna go. But still a better option then to take a expensive hotel in the inner city.

My room was very cold. I asked how do I turn on the heat. I was told the city of Paris does not heat buildings until November. Was I in Public Housing or a hotel. It remained cold the entire stay.

I have to give this hotel a 3, our room was never clean the whole week we were there. Room was very hot and we were unable to reset the A/C.

The aparta-hotel is not close to Paris, you can travel by train but the train station doesn’t look safe. You have to get out through some type of garage from the mall or go around in a “hood” looking type of neighborhood. Is rare because is very mixed nice with ugly all together.
The place has a bathroom with no shower curtain or division is open, and is not tile but some material that appears like linoleum. Staff were helpful, except yesterday night we asked if they can schedule a taxi to take us to the airport and we asked how much it was he said one price but today the taxi driver said that it was 70 € instead of 65 €. Overall I would give it a 3, but will not stay there again😕

This hotel was super conveniently located near the train station and a mall; pharmacy, grocery store, Paul's Patisserie shop, etc.
Going in to the city? 30min going West, no transfer necessary. Going to Disneyland? 30min going East, also no transfer!
The ideal place to stay if you don't want to be near the city (because it's pricey) and you're ok with a train ride!

The hotel is very good. Only one problem is that I left the sign for a whole day on the door for the cleaner to clean the room. But for two days there was no cleaner.

This was a great value. Rooms were spacious, clean and included refrig, micro and mini stove. Communication on cleaning from the staff could have been better. They scheduled our cleaning for the midpoint of our stay and did not complete it due to staff shortage. After a frank conversation, cleaning was done the following day.

Very clean and modern. Shopping centre nearby, with lots of shops, dining and a supermarket, very beneficial. Far from the city centre but very affordable.

This hotel was so nice. The rooms were way bigger than average, comfortable, new and well-decorated. Big clean bathrooms and full kitchen area too. Front desk staff were the absolute sweetest! Not a single thing was less than perfect at this spot.

I liked that the property was walking distance to train station. I didnt like me my wife and 2 kids being woken up with a fire alarm at 00:45 when i had to be up to be at the airport at 05:45. Someone had set of the alarm by smoking in there hotel room.
