it’s seclusion!

the trees need trimmed for the lake view!

Finding out the number for the front door after a hour on hold. I also liked leaving!!

The place was not what the webpage leads you to believe it is. There's no way to get to the water, your not on the lake, and no BBQ grill no way to cook on the balcony. The trees need to be cut back so a person can see the lake.

Location was nice. The room itself was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Carpet was somewhat soiled but was doable

- [ ] Entry code too long a 10 digit entry code to get into the room … really… ya got to be kidding. The handrails on the stairs going down to the room was not secure. Hallway stunk all weekend I thought it was something that upstairs was cooking but I’m not sure. - [ ] Parking slots need to be lined an numbered one tenant took nearly half of entire lot and got upset when we asked him to move his car - [ ] Balcony/screened in deck is filthy has green moss and mushroom fungus growing in it screens are full of holes and filthy. Floor full of bark, leaves and gunk. We are not smokers but the area smelled of smoke strongly - [ ] Area in back of residence needs to be cleared out so there is actually a view of the lake. You advertised a lake view but it could not be seen because it was Full of bushes brush and weeds so tall you can not see water.

the screened in deck was a great place to sit in the evening. it was also nice to be so close to Margaritaville.

The television was broken, but the owner was very prompt in responding. Also, we had a small view of the lake. If a few trees were cut back, the view would be much better.
