Our stay was comfortable, we only lacked a mop and a grater. Otherwise the apartment is very well equipped and the furniture is great and comfortable. The Hausmeister was sweet and helping. This apartment is for the ones whom came to Austria to explore it, not for the ones sitting inside their hotel all day.

The property was as advertised. A small flat with a functional kitchen and walking distance to everything. There was nothing fancy, but everything worked and it has a great balcony too.

I returned for my 4th visit to this apartment in Kaprun. Love it’s centrality for skiing. Comfortable, warm and well equipped. A special thanks to Rade the manager for his kindness as our plane was delayed by 6 hours and it was after midnight when we arrived. A home from home. Thanks Stephen and Sylvia.

Everything worked smoothly. Equipment of the apartment is bit used, however it all worked. For this price you get what you see. On top of that, there is parking place provided just next to the apartmenthouse.

My second time renting this apartment and again I was very pleased. A fabulous location for skiing. Rade the house master was most helpful. Stephen and Sylvia were most helpful when I had to amend my booking.

I stayed here last year and was delighted to return this December for a ski break with my three daughters. The 2 apartments were very clean , warm and equipped with all the facilities we needed. The location is excellent for skiing in Kaprun, Zell Am See and theKitzteinhorn with a ski bus stop very close nearby. There was easy parking for a car also. The town centre is only a short walk away. Communication with the owners was excellent. Rade the house master was very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this property for location,price, cleanliness and service.

The flat is clean, offers almost anything (only thing missing would be an oven, no TV but that doesn't matter), and is cheap. Perfect for three people, would already be pretty much. Janitor is super friendly. The flat is located so the Kitzsteinhorn is very near. Wait for a storm, pack your powder stuff and get this flat!

We had a wonderful stay in Kaprun. The flat is small but clean and well equipped and perfect for a small family used to no frills. From booking to arriving and departing, everything was straight forward and easy. After a week on the wonderful ski slopes of Kaprun my children are well and truly smitten with skiing, so no doubt we will be back to stay again next year :)

Just what I needed. Would be ideal for 2 people. Very clean and well appointed. Arrangements for entry were clearly explained. Private parking for the apartments and the ski bus stop is 70 metres away. I would go back again.

Apartment was clean, tidy and warm and perfect for our ski trip to Kitzsteinhorn. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk which gets you to Kitzsteinhorn in about 10 minutes. Plenty of places to eat and drink just along the road including a supermarket just 5 minutes walk. Good value apartment

It was a great weekend we spent in the apartment. It was the 3 of us and it was still comfortable - if you prefer more space it might be too crowded for long term but for a couple days it's good. When we arrived the heat wasn't on because it's central heating (about 3-4 C outside) - we went to grab dinner and by the time we came back the apt was warm so that was a great test:) Nice bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing that would be nice to have is a tea towel, and maybe salt/pepper and oil to make short term stay easier - but I understand it's not their responsibility. Overall great what you get for the price especially. Nice hausmeister.
