Great property, wonderful host. Clean, comfortable, really good shower!
Unfortunately lots of noisy music started very close to us at about 9pm and the kids struggled to sleep because of it - luckily we were all tired but it was a bit of a pain! Not the fault of the hosts though.

Had a lovely message from the Host explaining everything about our stay. It was private, very homely, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and all the little extras like cutlery, teabags, kettle etc were left. Lovely Towels and overall would definitely stay again if I was coming down that way.

Location - 6 minutes from Harry Potter studios which is why we were visiting. Lovely area. Lovely host.
It has everything you need if you don't plan on eating out - fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities.
Self check-in so no need to bother the host too much.
Parking was easy.
Shared bathroom not ideal for privacy and hygeine however I did know it was shared before booking.
Fridge was noisy, noticed more through the night.
Not major but some glasses for cold drinks would have been handy.

Amazing value for money - separate access point so it felt private to the house/owner and their family.
Tower fan - ideal for the summer heat

Light, clean and airy - spotless throughout!
Spacious, and has everything you need for an overnight/few nights stay - two separate double bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with shower that divides them. Mini fridge, microwave, and tv in each, perfect. Completely separate from the lady host's house, nestled away at the back of her garden. Absolutely lovely and quiet.
Fantastic location - very close to where we were visiting, Harry Potter World (just a 6 minute drive!)
Finally, great communication with the owner, Sally. Lovely lady. Would absolutely recommend booking with her!
Nothing negative to say, as it was all perfect for the purpose of our stay.

Nice and clean, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood
The WiFi didn’t work, the owner told us it was not working but if worked at her house 50 feet away. The hot water was cold after someone took a shower, there was none left for my shower. The water ran in the toilet and the walls were so thin I could hear the guy snoring next door, but luckily the water was so loud it drowned him out.

Comfy, clean and convenient. Great communication from the owner before I arrived!
The doors could benefit from some sound proofing. The other guest was in/out their room/the shared bathroom a lot and we could hear everything, it sounded like they were struggling to lock their door but all 3 doors in the building are very loud when you open/close them. But otherwise a good stay!

Sally has a nice place here, self contained and great value for money. I'd much rather stay here than some of the big lodge chains that cost twice as much ;)

Superb location for Warner studios. Totally separate building from the house. It was ideal for me and my husband and my son + partner. Well equipped unit with microwave, crockery, iron and ironing board. The host’s communication was excellent with very clear directions and instructions.

Beautiful room. Very clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The shower was great. The hosts were lovely and on hand if we needed anything. It was just delightful.

It was very convenient for my work at Leavesden studios. The room was very clean, sheets and towels provided regularly and there was a fridge, microwave and a kettle. The shower was good and the bathroom and bedroom were well heated. Sally was an outstanding host, she put in a booster for the internet which had been a bit temperamental so it worked fine and she did my laundry every week for a small fee. I would definitely stay there again if I do more work in the Uk.
The bathroom is shared with occupant of other room but this didn’t prove that problematic.

Sally is absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The room was very cosy and I felt very comfortable!! I was travelling for work and my stay made it a very nice experience. I will definitely be returning if I have more work this way!
