Decorated very nicely. They provided everything you could need. Comfortable bed. Quiet stay. Check in and check out very easy. Great communication with Host. Would stay here again.

Can’t beat the price for this Comfy little studio. Very clean. Had everything available. Bed was so comfortable, I Slept well even when Amtrak honked by. Great host. 10/10

This lil place was convenient and cozy. A very comfortable little space with all the amenities of a hotel, but with a private room feel. Beautifully furnished and a lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cute and very clean place. (Great decor!) We have relatives in Winter Haven and spent our days with them. All we needed was a place to relax and sleep at night. Your place was perfect. Very quiet at night. It was exactly as represented.

Clean, nice accommodations and great communication from the host. All this place could use is some curtains over the mini blinds for added privacy. Will definitely stay again!

It is a cozy and small efficiency type room that met all my needs at a great price. The property manager was very kind and communicated well. The only downside was it is near a rail line and trains were coming all hoursof the day and night. But I quickly got used to it. It was a great value.

The place is small but cozy, it provides services that you don't have in a hotel room, a parking space near the door, it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

It's a very cute place design for average size people. I enjoyed the set up. Just to note there is no range for extensive cooking, but there is a microwaveans toaster oven. Also the entrance nor exterior ground is not designed for folks with mobily concerns. Overall it's centralized to the area and worked well for our needs.

We loved this property! It was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated with check in and check out being seamless. It had everything we needed.. including coffee.. and was perfect for our weekend getaway. There are a few restaurants on the lake that are within walking distance that we really enjoyed. The mussels at Tanners were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice little rental for us! We enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were nice. Very easy to find. As a previous review stated, it is close to a train track and some vehicles are loud but it doesn't make it a bad place to rent. If we were in the area again, would definitely rent again!

Came into town last minute and place was so cute and perfect for what we needed. Owner was super nice and easy to work with.

This property was absolutely perfect for what I needed. I was in FL for college baseball games. It was between the two fields. Nice walking parks close by. Great Oyster Bar within walking distance..Haven Roasters has great coffee within walking distace. Lake sunsets close by were gorgeous. Need to be able to put up with frequent trains as tracks are close.
