Location has it's pros and cons - being close to Kyoto station meant that every train line and bus stops here. However, it will be very crowded during rush hour. The rooms were spacious and clean - I was able to open both of my medium sized suitcases in my single room.

Hotel M did not have 100 yen coins available for laundry so we had to go outside to use a vending machine and get change. They also did not provide any luggage forwarding services so I had to go to the nearby Family Mart to get luggage delivery forms. The Family Mart employees are not equipped to help English speakers so I had to run back and forth between the hotel and Family Mart.

房間小但是五臟俱全，細節非常不錯，工作人員態度親切，位置便利，離京都站步行五分鐘左右，對面的餐廳咖哩飯非常好吃。

역에서 가깝습니다. 대략 10분 내로 도착가능합니다. 청결한 편이고 교토역 주변이지만 조용한 곳 입니다.

교토 숙박은 추가 세금이 있어서 이 부분은 인지하시면 좋습니다.

Great location, 5 minutes from JR station. Good room size. Modern.

Unclear that there is self-checkin. Waited a long time in line for some tourists that must have been travelling for the first time and needed explaining the difference between double and twin beds. It was a frustrating start - so head for the terminals with the QR code straight away and save yourself the wait.

Établissement très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Kyoto. Personnel très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

It was close to the Kyoto Station. Many restaurants, convenience store were around. The room was modern and fairly bigger (still our suitcases couldn’t be left open) than our room back in Tokyo, however the washroom is quite small as well as the bed for 2 people. Staff was nice and friendly. There is laundry on the ground floor which was a huge plus. Amenities were available as well.

Bathroom was small, there was no space for my toiletries on the counter. The bed is small for 2 people and there is charging outlet only one side of the bed. Also weak security, we have left our room keys in the room, and when my partner asked for a new key no IDs were asked. Once we reached our floor we realised we asked for the wrong room’s key. We could have entered someone else’s room if we wanted to. Of course we went back immediately and returned the key. We booked 2 days early, so it was quite pricey.

L’hôtel est proche de la gare et du métro. La chambre est confortable et climatisée.

Le stockage des bagages se fait dans le hall. Même au Japon on se sent en sécurité, je préférai une bagagerie fermée.

Very handy for Kyoto station , near a subway station and also the main bus station which is at the front of the railway station . Easy to get to all the main tourist sights in Kyoto

The room is tiny, untidy and without enough light. They didn’t even exchange the towel and amenities, and they didn’t even exchanged the drink water for us! This is the worst hotel I’d stay in Japan!

The staff was very kind. The location of the hotel in Kyoto allows to take several buses and metro at only 5 minutes by walk.

Amazing place

Walking distance to Kyoto Station, room was a good size, staff friendly & helpful. Also has a washing machine & dryer for guests to use.

Bed could have been more comfortable & would be good if there was a top sheet & not just a doona as way to hot to sleep unless a/c was on 20c.
