Calm hostel providing a great environment to meet other people, very nice atmosphere and Chocolate was always ready to help and make sure you felt comfortable. 100% recommended!

The volunteers working at the hostel were loveliest people, very welcoming and friendly.

Extremely poor management from the administration. Insects of all types and shapes everywhere. Shower hardly working and no hot water. Fridge is an absolute disaster, food goes off in it faster than out of it. Communal kitchen closes at 10pm so good luck grabbing a midnight snack.

rooms are actually like cattle shed stalls. walls do not go to the ceiling and therefore there is no privacy and you can hear everything from those in the room next to you. mosquitos are hungry there but beds have mosquito nets.

Amazing position. Located near the best restaurants and beaches. I loved the common space, where is easy to socialize with other travellers, share a beer and have meaningful conversations. Luca, the host, is very polite and available for suggesting the best place to visit and for eating. Renting a car before travelling to Las Galeras is recommended in order to reach the best attraction and beaches.

I would have liked to have been informed before the arrival of the impossibility of paying by credit card or app booking.

Convenient location while being just far enough from the main road to be quiet. Common space was large and comfortable

All rooms are subdivisions of a large room with the same open ceiling, so have a eye mask and earplugs for when neighboring rooms turn on lights

Everything, tha place is great. I would have like to stay there for a bit longer and relax.

First too hot in the rooms. During the night it got too cold. Worst night during my trip. Could've be on me tho but I regret it.

Luca the owner is such a sweet and nice person. All staff was super helpful and lovely. The community kitchen has most tools to prepare food so you can buy some local fruits and veggies and make your own dinner. The rooms are all located in on big building so you do have walls but the rooms are open to the ceiling so you can hear everyone and everything.

We booked a private room as a couple but we didn't have much privacy due to the way the rooms are open to the ceiling. Bathrooms are outside so you always have to take your shoes. And please be aware of millions of mosquitos everywhere and bring your own repellent.

The place had hammocks, table football, and table tennis! It was also good value for money.

It is in a warehouse, and it's a echo chamber. The rooms have no top, only cardboard walls, so you'll hear EVERYTHING.

I liked the atmosphere and hospitality of the owners. The location is great and their cat is very cute :)

There could be some shelfs or hangers in the showers to put the clothes/towel.

The italian couple hosting the hostel is very warm, super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and tidy and provide a small closet. The shared kitchen has everything you need. I really loved the big terrace, with tables and chair, couchs, hammocks, chess and even tablefootball! The atmosphere is very comfortable if you want to chill there, and the wifi is strong enough to study or work, if you're there for a workation :-) The location is also perfect, it's an easy walking distance to the beach.

Clean modern showers and bathrooms, fast wifi in the common area, rooftop access, kitchen for cooking, several tables in the common area to eat or work at. Very friendly owner and staff. Mosquito nets on beds. Drinking water available.

Open ceiling connecting all rooms so you can sometimes hear those in other rooms, but usually no big deal. Wifi weak in dorms. Kitchen often dirty.

The place was super friendly, as a hostel should be, in a very nice place close to both beaches. Definitely a highlight of my short vacation in the country.

Where's located cause is too near and you can walk literality to the beach (Less than 5 minutes away)

The power was out, our bedroom was having issues with the electricity and they didn't fix it, so because of that there were a lot of mosquitos and the temperature was too hot, unfortunately that was our experience, but all other things was good

Great for solo travelers. Close to the beach and supermercados. I like being close to Rosy s restaurant and the empenada stand. There is aslo an awesome vegetable stand close by and you can walk to two awesome beaches which I was able to pole spear at.

My mosquito net had holes in it.

For the price, it was below quality. Also basic things such as soap to wash hands was not provided. And there is only one plug inside each room (which in the end is just a cubicle in an open space).
