Location was close fountain square! Shops, restaurants, rebuilt neighborhood. Less than 10 minute drive to Lucas Oil. The house was as described! Brand new build, 5 beds with 5 ensuites. Pool was awesome for the kids, hot tub was huge! Great back yard for entertaining!! Kitchen, dining room and living room is one large room! Great for hanging out and having meals with very large groups.

We were a large party of 14 in town for Jamfest and we were blown away by the amenities this property had to offer. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor heaters, outdoor seating, games, every kitchen appliance imaginable, multiple towels, I could literally go on & on. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and centrally located. The owner was super responsive, helpful, and he actually cared!!!! If we return to Indy again we will definitely book this home!! Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We had 3 families staying there for my brother’s wedding. The location was easy to get around the city and close to great restaurants. The house is beautiful and the backyard area was perfect. The kids enjoyed swimming in the container pool and thought it was so cool! We loved hanging out in the hot tub as well. The house had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and spend time together. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and kitchen sink and Shaun was easy to communicate with and had it fixed that day. I highly recommend this property!

This is a home you dont want to pass up. Every fun amenities for all ages. Adult's and children's playground. Separate space to read, relax or just get time to yourself. Great for small or large groups. Very close to the city. Perfect to travel if want to get to downtown. Great communication from home owner. Hopefully will be back in the future.

My family of 8 stayed at this property for a trip to visit family. It was four adults and four kids. However, we were quite disappointed when we arrived. First, I found two cockroaches running on the floor of the home in the first 2 minutes of being inside the house. The owner of the home did call a pest control person who sprayed both the inside and outside of the home, but this left a visible residue along the floor and walls. Along with finding cockroaches, there were several other non clean items that we came across in just the short 7 hours we stayed in the home. There was a stain on the headboard in the master bedroom. Hair was found all over the shower in the master bathroom. The stove and microwave were both found with food all over both appliances. All baseboards around the home were covered in dirt. And it was visible that none of the rugs in any of the bedrooms were vacuumed. All of these things are and should be mine and your expectations after booking this home based on the description written on the VRBO website, the photos on the listing, the five star BnB that the owners have branded this home, and the price tag I payed per night. The owner did not want to refund our money after we vacated the property due to cockroaches. The owner did refund us a small amount of money to buy us dinner, but that is unacceptable and doesn't even begin to cover the additional accommodations we had to make at 2 in the morning.

We were taking our granddaughter to the children's museum for the first time and had such a good time at the house that we wanted to stay an extra day. Shawn was very accommodating, and check-in was very easy. Can't wait to make a return visit! Highly recommend this location.
