Our beautifully renovated and modern 3-bedroom home in the Bluff Park area of Long Beach is now ready for booking! It is only 3-blocks away from the beach and only 1-mile away from Downtown Long Beach! Our unit is central to everything that is Long Beach: beaches, nightlife, museums, convention center, Aquarium of the Pacific, The Queen Mary and many more attractions! This is a very spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a driveway to fit 3 vehicles.
We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet and keyless entry. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry area comes equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. This home was recently remodeled and features new heating and air conditioning, new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE AS IT IS BEING USED AS STORAGE. ALSO PLEASE BE Mindful THE BACK UNIT IS TEMPORALY BEING RENTED. KEEP NOISE LEVEL AT MINIMUM DURING QUITE HOURS. THANKS
While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.
The driveway has enough parking to fit 3 vehicles. If needed, a gate code will be provided to you to allow you to open the driveway gate in order to fit 3 vehicles comfortable. Please do not block the sidewalk as it will be cited by law enforcement.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests as follows:
3 Bedrooms
- Room #1 features 1 queen bed (2 people max)
- Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max)
- Room #3 features 1 queen bed (2 people max)
