We were very impressed. All details were thought of. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook a big Christmas feast with all the works. We saw the bear every night as he would stick around by the side of the front door! That was a big suprise to walk up on him. So be careful! Beds were comfortable. Pool was not warm so this was not utilized. I am sure we could call someone but it was Christmas and we didn't want to have workers running around. The grocery delivery and pizza delivery were nice options! Game room was so much fun. TV's are not very user friendly and had to constantly be reset. All of the stairs was the hardest part of the stay. The main floor is on second floor of home. Some of the older and less mobile folks might have issues. We would definitely stay again!

The house had everything we needed. We also got to see bears during our stay at the house.

Went with a bunch of friends and this cabin did not disappoint. It is even better than the pictures. It was cozy and clean. The beds were so comfy! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the views. We had a smoke detector that needed a new battery the first night we were there and the property manager had someone out to replace it quickly. It was fantastic from start to finish.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!!! The house is really high on the mountain so be prepared for a steep ride. We drove a Suburban and it was tough getting up the hill. However, it was well worth it. The house had everything we needed except more and bigger trash cans inside and outside. We will definitely stay here again and again!! Absolutely loved it!!

Absolutely beautiful views and house. This property had everything we needed and more. The little things that most properties overlook were on point. 2 High chairs for infants, step stools for kids and instruction to use everything on the property. The highlight was watching a bear walking around the driveway for about 5 min. We were on the 2nd floor and were quiet as to not disturb him. The kids kept saying how they “liked this zoo”. Lol. Our point of contact was fantastic as well. We needed assistance with an issue and he was quickly reached and the problem was resolved within 5 min. Thanks Matt. Your amazing. Hope to visit a different property in the future and maybe bring new friends to the mountains.

Our group has traveled together for many years renting homes. This home was our favorite!!! So much to do in the home and in Gatlinburg close to everything! Game room, indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor games kept our crew busy each night in the house! So many amazing memories made!

1. almost daily presence of bears raiding neighbors unsecured trash bins and walking through Children's playground was a constant concern and prevented daily walks in area (and even to our trash bins). Neighbors trash bins located closer our rental unit then neighbors rental unit. 2. Invasive ants in one bedroom (never resolved). 3. Discolored smelly water in swimming pool prevented use of pool for one of the two weeks cabin rented 4. I do not consider the cabin "Downtown" as advertised unless you consider 15 hairpin turns along a steep mountain road with no guardrails part a downtown environment.

Great house, location, and amenities!

Beautifully appointed home. Completely organized kitchen with labels on drawers & cabinets so you know where items are to be placed. Labels on light switches so you know which switch works which lamp/ chandelier. The views are amazing. My children thought the pictures looked too good to be true, and were completely in awe when they entered your spectacular home. We enjoyed every aspect from the views, the great kitchen, the pool, the incredible game room. Thank you for giving our family a wonderful week in the mountains.

The house was amazing. We spent every evening in the pool and/or the game room. The afternoons were spent enjoying the views. Everyone had a good time.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! House is very well stocked and had extras for our two babies (cribs, pack and plays, high chairs, baby gates). We had every age group and everyone kept busy! Location is great. Right atop downtown Gatlinburg. View is incredible!!! House was clean, easy check-in and check-out. Only problem was no one wanted to leave!

This cabin was amazing. From check-in to check-out it was perfect. Amazing views from this cabin. The beds were amazing to sleep in…one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on, kitchen was well stocked with all cookware and utensils and items needed for all our meal preparations. The indoor pool is beautiful and larger than I expected. Plenty of gaming tables for all and the kids loved the theater chairs. I will definitely book this cabin on our next stay to Gatlinburg.

Beautiful house! Great location. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The amenities were superb!

The house is amazing!! So much room to spread out. The game room was our every day hang out place! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Any time we had a issue or concern the management team was on it to ensure we were happy! Excellent service and communication! The only negative thing I could say is that the road leading to the house was very intimidating to drive up for us Flordia folks. You dont need 4 wheel drive as most of us had 2 WD but it would definitely feel more secure. After a few days of driving up and down the road leading to this home, it got better but just be prepared. However, the view once you make it up there was stunning even at night! You can see all the lights and town of Gatlinburg! So you get the prize at then end of the windy road! Well worth it and would hugly recommend to family and friends alike!

We travel to Gatlinburg every year and have rented multiple cabins, and this by far was the best! We wanted to make note that the pictures of the cabin do not give it justice. The views from each of the rooms were remarkable. Each room fit our families perfectly with the children’s rooms additions and those without. The indoor pool was a huge hit, we enjoyed that! Also wanted to mention everything was labeled which was so helpful. If we had any questions there was an informational book when you walked in, however, we did not have to hesitate to reach out to Matt as he was beyond helpful. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy it again!

Everything was great, except 2nd last day, sprinkler lines froze and started leaking thru ceiling, and internet service was not the greatest.

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and didn’t really know what to expect or where to stay. Couldn’t be happier with the cabin nor the location of it. The property manager, Matt, was very responsive and great to work with. The layout, organization (everything was labeled), games, fire features, indoor pool etc were right on target. A great time was had by all!
