Ubicación es super bien. Hay todo que necesitamos cerca. Pocos minutos a llegar la estacion de esqui. Apartamento limpio y buen tamaño para cuatro personas. Quizás volvemos, esperando que la comunicación se mejora.

El contacto con Prober era muy mal. Parece que son incultos. Del pago total faltaban 25 EUR para el City tax, porque después del primer intento de pago, el enlace de pago dejaba de funcionar. Nos han escrito a las 13:15h del día de llegada que hay que pagar y sino, no tenemos acceso al apartamento - y que hay que hacerlo hasta las 15h porque acaban de trabajar este tiempo. De verdad parecía chantaje y no sé que había pasado en caso que no habíamos pagado los 25 Euritos (el resto ya hemos pagado!)... También nos han preguntado si necesitamos parquing - y han ignorado nuestra mensaje que sí que lo necesitamos :-D Luego (proximo dia) hemos preguntado otra vez por el parquing y nos han dicho que van a depositar una tarjeta de parquing por la mañana. No ha pasado. Después de nuestra pregunta donde lo podemos encontrar nos han escrito que podemos comprarlo ahora y nos lo dejan la próxima mañana (para el ultimo día) y que son 24EUR (para 24 horas). Al final lo hemos dejado en el mismo parquing al lado para 17 EUR al día. Ni una disculpa - solo un "I'm sorry we don't understand each other". En Ingles se llama esto un "non-pology" y es muy descortés. Quizás es porque desde hace el primer momento nos han escrito en Ingles, aunque no hablan Ingles (obviamente han usado un traductor como Google translate o ChatGPT o algo). En todo Prober parece muy desorganizado en la comunicación y no hay esfuerzos de dar una buena experiencia al cliente. Es más copy+paste y informaciones llegan en el ultimo momento posible. Otra cosa que da una mala impresión es que nunca han mencionado un nombre en las mensajes. Estas escribiendo con el "Prober Team". Parece que la persona responsable para la comunicación ya sabe que esta actuando mal y no quiere tomar responsibilidad. Espero que lo van a cambiar en el futuro, porque es una pena para un sitio bueno.

Great location. Super apartment, fully equipped. Clean, fresh, very easy to use and relax in also. Very central to buses, shops, bars, telecabine. Lockers for ski gear. Netflix on tv, a lovely spot al round. Thks

I particularly didnt like the fact that I had no exact details of where the apartment was (I knew the general area) and no info from the company that would allow me to know how to walk to it once departing from the bus. I understand I couldn't have the door codes untill the day, but I was a little anxious not having directions until that morning when we were already on the long journey and I wouldnt get them until landing and worried if any issue with wifi etc etc. Apartment was fully paid for a no. of days prior but no details until the day. I didnt find that satisfactory.

excellent location with great transport links to ski resorts and other towns. Really comfortable and modern furnishings. Highly recommended.

Brand new, clean and comfortable apartment, with sufficient appliances. Good location (2-3 minute walk to gondola). I would say this apartment is best for adults only (and maybe older children).

Noise disturbance from bar downstairs was the biggest issue for us. I think this is an important thing that should be figured out. However the owner/manager(?) of the bar checked in on us several times and really wanted to do make sure everything was alright, but if the bar is full of people it is difficult to keep it “quiet”. Lastly I would say the apartment it is not per se suited for young children (we were with a 2-year old). Brought our own travel crib, but it was quite thight in the bedrooms to place it. And there was no high chair for example. We booked it because it stated “family friendly” on Booking.
