Lovely first floor flat Clean and well equipped Comfy beds

Some outside noise Friday night and m and s deliveries in am Only heard in front bedroom Was warm so slept with windows open which didn’t help No fans available Another easy chair or two would be nice as four on the sofa was a squish !

First of all I would like to highlight the professionalism and absolutely wonderful hosting skills of the owners. Prior to the arrival, throughout our stay and of course during the departure there has been always speedy communication with the owners, our additional requests (have had few of them) have been handled immediately and the stay itself has been wonderful. There is a lot of information that has been provided by the hosts on restaurant/pub selection and tourist places in Stamford. Rooms itself are nicely decorated, kitchen and the balcony is lovely, fresh and new. I have already recommended to some of my friends to select this place as they wont be disappointed. The value for quality and money is of course well considered, parking space in nice and overall the stay has been a stunning experience! Thank you!

I did not like that I am unable to find any faults to report. As normally i have, but this time it was absolutely brilliant. Nothing to complain or report. WELL DONE!

The apartment was fantastic. Everything was catered for, the hosts were easy to contact and very friendly. Our family came over from Ireland to stay and were absolutely bowled over by the location and the quality of the apartment.

The apartment is very fresh and modern . Very nice decor and the location was ideally situated to access Stamford lovely town centre.

Very central handy location with parking. Everything so close we could walk everywhere. Apartment very comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. Host was very helpful.

Location was amazing. Close to station and in the centre of town. Clean and recently renovated apartment.

Being in the centre of town, there were noisy deliveries each morning. Take ear plugs if you are easily disturbed. It would be good to have one more chair in the sitting room so that four adults could sit together comfortably. Not a problem If you are going to be out a lot.

Noise in the early morning with store deliveries.

The flat is well appointed, clean and spacious. The host was very helpful. and attentive. Plenty of toilet roll and toiletries, which let's face alot of hosts are stingy with. Well appointed kitchen. Really comfortable beds.

When we arrived we tried enter the lane to the right of the apartment, which we thought was the access to the rear parking...vehicle got stuck / scratched on the wall. Later realised this was not the access to the specified parking space. Only mention it to stop anyone else doing it as it tainted the start of our stay. Struggled to get the terrestrial tv channels working. The only other con is was that being so central there was a deliver for a store opposite first thing Saturday morning (but this is to be expected with such a central location)
