Los baños son muy pequeños y los lockers también. Si abres tu maleta en la habitación ya no hay por donde pasar. Hubiera deseado haber revisado mejor la ubicación ya que está bastante apartado de times square.

Achei que o ambiente de um modo geral é limpo - fiquei em um quarto com 6 cápsulas e 1 banheiro compartilhado somente entre mulheres. Mantive todos os meus pertences guardados na minha mala com cadeado, uma vez que não havia cadeado no armário disponível no quarto. Mas não tive problemas com isso. Dentro da cápsula, há duas tomadas, 2 entradas USB, controle de luz e um controle para um pequeno ventilador. Nao é potente, mas foi o suficiente para o período que eu fiquei (setembro - dias quentes, e noites frescas). O café da manhã não está incluso na diária, mas o restaurante serve o café da manhã e é cobrado à parte. Fui bem recebida tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante. Minha primeira experiência num hostel, e posso dizer que no geral foi positiva. Ultimo comentário: fiz o checkout bem cedo para aproveitar meu último dia em NY, e me foi oferecido um lugar para guardar a minha mala.

Não havia um cadeado disponível para trancar o armário, e eu poderia ter sido avisada do não fornecimento do mesmo pelo hotel. Eu teria levado um de casa.

Por error levanté el colchón y había mucho polvo y basura debajo de la madera que sostenía el colchón, las sábanas si estaban limpias. Por el precio esperaba un poco más de higiene en esas partes.

La ayuda que me brindaron fue muy atenta y servicial, pues cuando hice la reserva en Booking.com accidentalmente la había hecho para el día siguiente que fui y la chica que atendía en la noche me ayudó con ese inconveniente y pude resolver esa situación de la mejor manera

En general todo estuvo bueno lo único que noté fue un par de personas con comportamientos un poco raros en cuanto parecían ebrias o con problemas mentales pero igual no paso nada. Pero si deberían controlar esa situación

A cama não era exatamente como aparece na propaganda. A capsula não fechava completamente, tinha uma cortininha apenas, mas os armários eram adequados para guardar duas mochilas, desde que você tenha um cadeado para se sentir mais seguro. A cama no entanto foi muito confortável, quartos abriam com senhas.

Letto molto comodo, e posizione della struttura a pochi passi dalla metro linea 1, che vi consente di arrivare senza cambi ai luoghi più importanti di Manhattan.

Qualche formica in giro per la stanza, ma nulla di troppo grave.

Lo practico de las cápsulas cama, cuenta con toda la comodidad, pese a que éramos 6 en la habitación, se mantenían la privacidad y el silencio a la hora de descansar. La ubicación muy accesible a metro, buses, muy buena.

Nada de que quejarme.

Las duchas en específico las puertas son muy transparentes y bañarse con otra persona sería incómodo y también en los baños las puertas se abren hacia adentro y molesta , quizá podrían agregar toalla de papel para poder secarse la cara pero sería como extra

Superb location. Plenty of shops in the immediate area to grab a bite to eat and or a coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Usb ports in the pod wasnt working.

The location was great! Next to Central Park and only a short distance from convienence stores as well as restaurants. I found I had trouble navigating the building at first, Yancy helped me out through directing me right! The kitchen I went to explore on the last morning but was uncertain about what I was allowed to use or touch so I went elsewhere. The rooms were a perfect size for traveling and the showers were in great condition! Thank you so much for having me!

There isn't much of anything to say, my stay was great! Although, through my own mistake I moved my temporary roommates item off a bed believing they were already asleep in the other one. Whoops! No harm no foul, I hope. :)

1 staff member who went above and beyond

Where should I even start? Someone should have paid me to stay here, and not the other way around. The reason I gave the staff a high rating is only due to a few staff (Johnny in particular went above and beyond, and there was another girl that was very friendly) Otherwise, I was met with defensiveness when I asked multiple times to put the heat on to one girl, and when I asked for her to text the manager where the remote was since she didn't know how, she goes "maybe." This place is an absolutely joke of a hostel, with no heat multiple nights, no wifi, and staff that seem like they don't care. I slept in my winter coat multiple nights because no one turned on the heat. The fact that we need to ask to put the heat on is ridiculous. My towels were constantly thrown out by housekeeping, despite them being clean, and many of my products went missing after they cleaned the room. There was extremely loud banging out night as if work was being done right in your room, multiple nights, and for hours - it was any time the heat would be turned on. I consistently saw Johnny going above and beyond for people, working when he wasn't even on the clock trying to help get wifi going, and much more. I only stayed here because Johnny was so kind and welcoming - otherwise I would never in a million years of stayed. In all honesty, everyone who stayed there within the past 2 weeks should receive a refunds for having to sleep in a freezing cold room, in the dead of winter. If you want to rest, sleep, or be warm this is not the place for you Sorry for the bluntness but this place could be so much better and treat its customers better.

Me gustó todo, aunque es mi primera vez en un hostal de habitación compartida tuve la mala suerte de tener un compañero de habitación que roncaba como tractomula de carga.

The location is pretty good, just near the Central Park. The receptionists are cute and nice. They always make sure you feel well and are ready to offer different kind of help if needed.

I didn’t come at the right time so the bar is not open. Also the WiFi didn’t work during my stay, and the heating system didn’t work well neither.

-decent location -very nice staff -bagels and coffee included for breakfast -the pods were comfy and you could tune the lights which was pretty cool

-the AC of the neighboring pods were SO LOUD - kinda gave me a tinitus and disturbed my good night sleep :,(

I stayed here back in January 2024 and I had a great stay, now fast forward to today February 1, 2024 and I was told I could not stay because my passport has by Birth State NEW JERSEY, front desk claims it was a new policy but I believe it was something else. They even called the police on me because I told them I wasn’t leaving until I got my refund. I will be escalating this issue with the City of New York

A localização é boa, os quartos te permitem ter bastante privacidade. Acrescentei duas noites a estadia no próprio hostel.

A fechadura eletrônica estava com problema e tive dificuldades para entrar no meu quarto quase todos os dias. No último dia de estadia, nem o meu código, nem o código da recepção abriram e precisei dormir em outra cama, com todos os meus pertences e remédios trancados no quarto. Por sorte meu amigo estava hospedado em outro quarto e peguei um pijama e itens de higiene pessoal emprestados. Só tive acesso aos meus pertences no dia seguinte pois a chave mestra ficava apenas com as camareiras. O aquecedor do prédio era extremamente forte, quando desligavam ficava confortável, quando ligado, os quartos com duas camas ficavam extremamente quentes.
