We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the gardens are beautiful.

Such a warm sunny house. Fresh country views. Friendly hosts. Everything you need. Lovely home away from home central to most tourist destinations in Netherlands. Easy access to transit to and from airport as well as all throughout Netherlands.

This was a wonderful cottage in a central location for our week long stay in Holland.

We stayed as a group of 9 adults for the weekend. Utrecht is roughly 30 minutes by car and easily reached. The living room is really large and it was no problem to have dinner or to lounge with 9 people. The kitchen (note: induction cooking!) is well equipped. Bathrooms were clean, have plenty of towels, and a good hot shower. Parking 3 cars was not a problem either. Communication with Ans, the owner, via web was fast and friendly. Would definitely go there again in the future. Thanks Ans!

Loved our stay at this family-friendly house. Great location to explore Utrecht and Gouda and in the evening you can enjoy a relaxing view. They had toys, bikes and a trampoline for our kids to play on. Would recommend it!

Very clean, very cosy, a lot of stuff for kids to play around, bbq. Very recommended!

This home was perfect,beautiful and the listing accurate..more than expected. We stayed for two wonderful weeks. Ans was terrific ,very helpful and accommodating from start to finish and we can't thank her enough for hospitality and making this a vacation to remember for our entire family. We are still talking about this trip and hope to be back soon. We enjoyed kuekenhof ( need more than a day to see), downtown Montfoort, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrecht.

We stayed in the larger of the two units for the month of April 2013, certainly enough time to write a review. Ans Janmaat the owner was extremely attentive in making sure we had everything we needed for a good vacation. It was "Dutch Clean" and located very near everything we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the amenities included everything you need for a vacation. It is located a couple of kms from Montfoort which has a number of very good restaurants. The Stads Kelder was our favourite as the menu had something for everyone and the prices were reasonable. The house was large enough that we had Stads Kelder cater a dinner for 19 before we left. I don't believe you will find a better vacation rental out there. We will be back.

We (four couples) have stayed at this fabulous place for four nights and were impressed. It is beautiful designed, super clean and the landlord is very helpful and forthcoming. We will definitely consider to come back on our next trip.

We were looking for somerthing accesible for our business trip, which this apartment is close to Amsterdam, Den Haag and Rotterdam. We stayed only one night but surely all four us wished we could stay longer. This apartment is in beautiful area, easy to find, inside spacious, comfortable, clean and just like on the pictures, but the reality is even better. Is so much more then we expected just from overnight business break. Mrs. Ans van Jaarsveld was accomodating , helpfull, lovely lady. All of us loved this place, theres nothing more we couldnt ask for. Expect of coming back to this beautiful house, I know I will ! I am already planning spring trip but this time for vacation but be sure I know where I ll be staying! All I can say is I cannot wait to come back to Het Jaarsvledhof, all the best!

We wanted somewhere central for our first visit to this country and found this to be in a Great location with easy access to major road networks to the north, Amsterdam, The Hague and the coast. The house is beautiful, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming and their grasp of English was really appreciated as our Dutch is fairly non existent. Tea, coffee and a few other provisions were provided which also made us feel welcome. Amsterdam is easy to reach and would recommend park and ride which was straight forward and cheap. Ann Frank house in Amsterdam well worth a visit even though the queue was quite long it moved quite quickly. A canal cruise is a great way to get orientated and you see parts that you might not otherwise see on foot. Parking in towns was found to be quite expensive. Gouda is well worth a visit with its cheese museum and cafe bars. There is a well stocked supermarket about 5 mins away which had everything we needed for our short stay. We would love to return.
