Awesome home and hosts, we had an incredible family vacation here. I highly recommend this home if you have a big family that wants to all stay in the same place. With 3 floors there was plenty of space, all well-kept and modern.

This house was everything we needed. It was very well stocked so meal prep was easy. We had a large group and everyone was comfortable. The downstairs queen bedroom could use a better privacy door and it would be nice to have some blinds on the upper windows in the upstairs master bath. Not a huge issue we made it work.

Had a wonderful experience staying here for our annual friend’s ski trip. The property was very comfortable for our group of 10 adults. Excellent location within a short drive to Alyeska resort and the restaurants in Girdwood. Our hosts, Karen and Terry, were also very accommodating, ensuring we had everything required during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I've stayed in probably 50-100 VRBOs as well as its competitor over the years, and this is hands down the best house I have been in.
The property was incredible, the decor was well done, and the hosts were pleasant / responsive without being pushy or too onerous on check-in / check-out rules. They reached out beforehand to ensure we had everything we wanted, and even offered to stock up our fridge prior to our arrival. This is the first time I've had a host make this offer.
We will definitely be renting this property again on our next trip up to Alaska!

This was a beautiful house and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The owners kept in great communication and I could not have been happier with the whole experience. I can’t wait to come back again some day.

This house just kept wowing us on every turn! So spacious! Hosts had some special welcoming gifts which made it a huge welcome! Definitely a great place for our 4 generations travel group!

Our stay at the Girdwood house on 257 Echo Ridge Dr was truly amazing. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 4 children with plenty of family space and with the most beautiful views that changed everyday with the weather. All in all it was the perfect house and made our family trip very memorable experience.We definitely will come back.

The property was exactly as described and great for a large group outing. The owners were in direct communication and promptly answered all of the questions we had pre-arrival. Could not have asked for better service.

I can’t say enough about this property! The view was beautiful, the house was spacious and clean, every room was well stocked with essentials and entertainment. The host was kind and accommodating. From the slippers and robes to the fabulous master bath tub, we were all in heaven. Would 100% book again!

The home has all the special touches and more. Excellently appointed, cozy, very clean, great for large family get togethers, wonderful views, and so much more. Highly recommend.

For anyone who often travels with large groups of friends compromised of singles, couples and/or families you know how hard it is to find good accommodate. The layout and bedroom configuration of this well appointed house gives so many options that there are few groups it will not accommodate. Even with just 5-6 guests you are still handling beating the resort hotel rates while getting so much more. Spilt family's across the basement/upper floors, or send all the teens and their friend downstairs with the foosball table and kitchenette for some piece and quiet. The hosts have thought of most things in advance to make your stay memorable, and are gracious and responsive when you are on site.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious mountain home in Girdwood Alaska. Terry and Karen went out of their way to make sure our group had everything we needed and really went above and beyond, including delivering steaks to the home so we could break-in their new grill. The home is very clean, bright and comfortable. Outdoor hot tub was perfect. Easy for a large group to enjoy eating in, watch a movie, sit by the wood stove or just chill in one of the rooms. 5-star experience all the way!! Would definitely book this property again.

Echo Ridge Mountain Retreat is everything in a luxury home you could ask for! The scenery was spectacular and the home furnishings were high end decor. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with basic things you need for a weekend or a long week! The hot tub was cozy and a big hit. Plenty of games and a foosball table for after ski tournaments. Alyeska mountain is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended an extra day.
