Excellent place to stay. Close to beach, bay, restaurants, grocery store.

Great host. Great location. Within walking distance of both the bay and the ocean sides.

Overall, this place was great. Close to the beach, bay and shopping. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. Lots of hot water, and a nice washer/dryer. Kitchen and living areas are very nice, with a wonderful breeze that can flow through the whole place. There was even a brand new grill on the deck that we used a lot. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such, with a big fridge. The living areas are on the top floor, with the bedrooms on the second floor with the washer/dryer, and the carport and storage and outdoor shower areas are on the ground floor. Things to know before you go: Stairs are really steep! If stairs are an issue, then be careful. You will get a workout in. Parking is tight. You would be okay with one small or medium car, trucks will not fit, and nothing tall. We had two smaller SUV's and we only had inches to spare. In the process of being guided in by our friendly landlord and her husband we ended up with a nasty dent in one of the doors. The only spices/condiments present were salt and pepper- be prepared and bring your own cooking supplies. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods/sponges are tightly rationed. Consider bringing extras (especially toilet paper!). There are no laundry supplies- bring your own. Everything is light colored, and the beach chairs, while nice, are older. Consider getting the extra insurance for damages. We had teenagers and an ADHD boy that resulted in stains and dings, but the insurance took care of it.

We had a great family vacation at this beach house! It was the perfect size for our family of 12 with 6 kids. The location is great, one house away from the bay and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house was better than the pictures and overall we had a fantastic trip! Suzi was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was going well. There is a gated area to store bikes and beach toys. Having bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms was a huge plus and made it really easy with all the kiddos. We would not hesitant to stay here again!!

We spent a week in this lovely property close to the beach and the bay. It was spotless on our arrival, and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beach and the bay. Suzi, the landlord could not have been more accommodating.
