We had a wonderful stay. We had two under the age of one and they had a babh gate for the stairs and there was plenty of safe area for the babies to play. The views were beautiful and we saw two bears while there.

Property was in a great location, it was clean and spacious, had all the necessities that we needed and room for everyone, check in was simple. It was a great experience and we would stay again. The only complaint was one of the beds was uncomfortable

We had plenty of space for all 14 of us. We enjoyed the porches and beautiful trees. We used the firepit and grill as well as the hot tub on the deck. The house is beautiful and offered very nice kitchen wares and appliances. It is important to keep cars locked .We found out how talented they are at opening them! We would love to return and would definitely recommend this property to rent.

The cabin was definitely secluded, clean, and accommodated all 12 of us well. Jerry was responsive and I would follow his directives of printing out the codes and things prior to arriving, as when we arrived our phones did not work well and I couldn’t get the code on my phone. But that was a me issue. We did have bears come to the cabin a couple of the days and unfortunately they tore up the grill, but Jerry was understanding. We would book again for sure!

This cabin is beautiful better yet. It’s amazing. You’re in the woods. You have peacefulness and solitude. The wildlife is stunning. There’s plenty of room. The host was attentive to detail responds quickly to a question and if there was a concern, he fixed it immediately. This is definitely on my list to rent again for next summer season.

The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house!

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving and we had an amazing time here. The accommodations were great and we enjoyed everything about it. I highly encourage a stay in this place and we will be back the next time we visit the area. I can not say enough positive things about this place and the owners.

We loved our stay! The cabin was perfect for our big group. I would recommend! The only thing I would say I was disappointed in was the “blinds” in the main floor bedroom and bathroom—they are very see-through from the outside and we had to hang blankets over them to keep privacy for anytime someone was on the back porch/by the fire pit. They really should be replaced.

The cabin was just right for our big family. Jerry, the owner, was prompt and great with his communications. It was very quiet and secluded….we even got to see some bears as we were hoping for it. The pool table, foosball table and air hockey were a plus for indoor activities. The swimming pool and fishing hole 5 min away were a nice outdoor activities we could do. Again thank you for letting us stay at your cabin! We enjoyed it very much.

It was a very spacious cabin exactly as pictured. Had lots of linens and dishes. The owner was very responsive to us and answered all our questions. We had a small issue arise (not the owners fault) and he promptly responded and resolved the issue very quickly. We got to see a cute bear family during our stay! It came for a short visit onto the porch.

Most of the beds were uncomfortable. Couldn’t use the foldout bed because the furniture is very outdated and worn out. Could see through curtains in the bedroom and bathroom that leads to the hot tub from the outside in. No window coverings for bed in game area. Not very clean.
The games were in good condition. There were plenty of spices and cooking supplies. But I felt the need to wash everything before using it.

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin had everything we needed. I appreciated the location because it is really close to Townsend as well as about a 15 minute drive to pigeon forge. We would rather be on the quiet side of the Smokys so the location fit us perfectly.

Beautiful property, our family had a wonderful time. We had a group of 8 ages 20 to 80. The cabin was very well equipped with different things for everyone to enjoy.
A few things to note, driveway is very steep
one car could not make the incline. Bring your own paper products and there are multiple grocery stores to go to.

The cabin was perfect for our family. One family of 4 on lower floor. One family of five on upper floor with their 3rd child on sleeper sofa main floor. My husband and I were on the main floor. Since it was so cold, we stayed inside the whiole time, and the game tables were a plus. Laundry service was not as good as we would have liked since we needed more towels. The kitchen was stated to be a gourmet kitchen, but I would not consider it gourmet. The large skillet is not level on the bottom and was hard to heat. There were no large measuring cups. Overall, it had the very basics. We enjoyed our stay very much.

While the home looked similar to the photographs on the listing- the furnishings are very outdated and uncomfortable. The blankets appeared to be unwashed. We actually washed the blankets ourselves before using them. The couches were extremely worn and uncomfortable. And actually broken down. The TVs were very old and had been unplugged and were difficult to set up (downstairs bedroom) upstairs TV was filthy and had to be washed because their was a glare or film on it.
We saw some big spiders and unfortunately one traveled home in my suitcase!
The space was big enough for our group of 10. Unfortunately we will not be coming back to this cabin or any owned by this company due to the lack of attention to detail, outdated furnishings and cleanliness.

This was a great cabin to stay at with family. While most cabins sleep 14-18 people they don't fit in the rest of the cabin. This cabin had enough seats in the living room and dining table for everyone to sit at the same time. The spacing of the bedrooms was also great as we were able to put little kids to bed early and not have to tip toe around while they sleep. Over all great experience. Can't wait to go back again!

A beautiful well furnished cabin hidden in the trees, but close to Pigion Forge. Elvira‘s is a wonderful restaurant about a mile from the cabin that serves breakfast lunch and dinnerAnd reasonably priced. Lots of cute shops and places to buy whiskey on the short route to pigeon Forge from the cabin. We will be back!

I thought the place was great. It was about 15 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge with plenty of places in between. The owners were great! We noticed that 2 of the pool balls were missing from the table and told them in an email when they checked in to make sure we arrived alright. I really just told them so they didnt think we lost them. Before we got back from exploring that day there were 2 pool balls sitting on the deck. As for the person that rated this a 3 smh...yes the stove had a small scratch by the controls and one couch cushoin looked like some actually had sat on it in the past but come on really?? The place was great! It had plenty of extra pillows, blankets, kitchen utensils, and dishes. The place was coean, quiet, abd had plenty of space. I would definitely rent this place again. As a bonus we even saw a small bear :)

The location is great. The home needs repairs, the tub in Bedroom (1) was not working well, the dresser drawers were broken, in Bedroom (2) the door know to the outside patio was coming off. the dresser drawers need repairs. The bathrooms down stairs were not cleaned well. The kitchen needs new pots and pans The teflon on the pans are all coming off. Also need to leave more trash bags and dish soap for the dishwasher. Not enough toilet paper was left in the bathrooms (also, please upgrade the paper.) The extra pillows did not have pillow cases
The location is wonderful.
