Overall this was a nice place to stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the decorations were lovely. We felt like there could have been more TLC given to the carpet (very stained), and the bathrooms, as well as the landscaping. But the owner was very responsive and we had a good stay.

It was fairly close to the conference center. Minimal traffic. The master bathroom was big but the other two bathrooms were tiny.

We loved our stay here! Great place, great location, and great amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Loved the garage, especially when it was raining. Great jump-off location for sightseeing in opposite directions (coast vs. historic Hwy 30), close to grocery and easy to get to.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 20-25 minutes from downtown Portland. However, there are many restaurants and stores in the immediate area. House was very clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms which was nice when you have two teenage boys. Automatic garage door opener was convenient. I had no problems communicating with the owner. I would definitely stay here again

Clean, cozy home with comfortable beds!

I had higher expectations. This is a condo with shared wall. I know this isn't on the owner, but the adjacent neighbor has a junk car on jack stands (hasn't moved in years based on debris) and debris stacked up on the porch. Disappointed, but out of owners control. Carpets recently cleaned but stained. Despite being previously "cleaned" small piece of dog feces in kitchen floor. I believe a portion of the cleaning fee if not all should be refunded but didn't ask since I texted the property owner about the feces and the smoke detector alarm sounding and didn't get a response. Overall disappointed with my first STR experience. Should have disclosed code case next door.
