Great location to the wedding venue. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the pictures online are accurate. Nice size rooms. Lovely pool & spa. The memory foam beds were not comfortable for us. Only used two of the bedrooms, master & back bedroom. Master bedroom is large and nice size bathroom. However the bed pillows need to be replaced. Back bedroom ceiling fan had a thick layer of dust, so we could not use it, disappointing. Kitchen is stocked with cookware but very limited on plates, bowls and serve ware. Never used the front living room. The back living area furniture is small. Not comfy at all. House had pool towels which were nice. Could use some new bathroom towels, a little worn. Very easy and clear instructions for use of pool & spa. Had one day that the spa would not turn on! A little more attention to details like dusting under beds, furniture and cleaning freezer, water left in coffee maker and I would have given a higher rating. Nice washer & dryer, that was convenient. Did not use the grill outside. Pool furniture cushions could use a good cleaning. Also lots of leaves in the filter that we had to clean out. Little things that could have been addressed before we arrived. Little

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for us. The heated pool and hot tub were so nice in the cooler temps. Would recommend!

The property is comfortable, modern and spacious. The booking, communication with host and check in process was excellent. The host was flexible and provided timely and detailed communication regarding the reservation and when we had questions. This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely consider renting this property in the future if it's available.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and gives tranquil vibes in the desert heat. Super hot this week, and an evening dip in the pool was perfect. The home was as described and super cute. Fit our family of 6 with room to spare!

Was in town for a wedding and chose to stay here with two other couples. So wonderful having the pool and cabana in the backyard. Do note that the manager charges extra ($75/night when we stayed) to heat the hot tub and pool (if necessary). The place was clean and a good place to hide from the Arizona sun. Would stay here again.

This property was great for our family. It was very clean and well taken care of. They were very professional and timely in their communication. We would definitely stay there again!

The location and neighborhood of this property was great. Close for shopping for food and gas etc. Communication was prompt and professional. I wish the pool heat was included in the stay as I thought we were paying a fair price for the accommodations. The cleanliness was below average because the kitchen counters and outside bar were not as clean as they should have been. The master bedroom definitely needs to have a ceiling fan because the air conditioner resets itself at night and it was uncomfortable sleeping. It would also be nice to have a few more pillows in each room (at least 2 per guest) The kitchen was minimally stocked. Needed more dish towels and serving bowls. Minimum number of table settings for guests with bowls, plates and drink ware. Over all the stay was nice

We made a last minute change to stay in Phoenix area and the property was just what we needed. Pool and hot tub were perfect, the communication with the manager was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
