This house has everything, a fantastic view of downtown Gatlinburg, the mountains and the Ober Gatlinburg tram, a heated pool, a hot tub, and all the necessary appliances and toiletries. We appreciated the cupcakes and cookies they provided when we first arrived. The house is also a little over 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We also had the opportunity to see bears during our stay. Our host, Zach, was fantastic with all the communication regarding directions and answering our questions. This VRBO is the way to go if you want a spectacular vacation.

It was the most amazing place for our family vacation! The home was in the prefect location! It was like 5 mins from Gatlinburg but up in the mountains. I can’t say enough on how amazing this home was. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived inside. Fresh baked goods to the welcome note. Our youngest grandson did not want to leave! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

The house was absolutely beautiful! All of us agree that this was the best rental property any of us have rented. The welcome treats were a cute gesture! The only minor suggestion we have is to move the hot tub cover so that when you are in the hot tub you can see the view of the mountains. Otherwise, we would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Fatlinburg!

This property was perfect for my family. It was just 3 of us. So, we definitely didn't take full advantage of all the beds and space though.
The hot tub and the indoor pool were by far our favorite part. We visited Gatlinburg in February. So, it was lovely to have a warm place to play. We also loved the views and all the windows in the living/kitchen area. We had to ride the gondola after watching it go by from the deck so many times!
The styling throughout the house is also just right. Its beautifully done but not overwhelming. It left plenty of space for us to put our stuff down. There's also so many fun games in the home. We spent our last whole day there inside trying to play them all and swimming.
The location is also great! We appreciated the short drive to the National Park and also into downtown Gatlinburg. There's so much to do in the area.
Next time we visit the Smokey Mountains, we'll definitely be staying here.

We LOVED our stay at the Chalet. It had an awesome kitchen to cook (we cooked in two nights) along with a fantastic view. We loved all the levels even though it was just the two of us. My only recommendation would be to make the bed a more comfortable. It was a little too firm for my taste. We would love to come back again! And, we had two bears the last night we were there on the walkway and in the driveway. They were fun to watch as well. Thank you!

The cabin was perfect for a quick family getaway. Very clean and full of amnenties. Quick trip to downtown and all attractions. Highly recommend Zach as Horst and Brian for offering this beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The views were amazing! We didn’t have any issues and communication with property manager was great

Awesome house. Quite a few stairs, but we expected that. Super clean. Super views. Super amenities.
Very short drive to downtown, parking, and trolley pickups. We saw a mama bear and her cub walking as soon as we pulled in!

We loved our stay here. It was the peaceful getaway our family was looking for. The property is lovely and provided fun amenities that kept our teens occupied throughout the week. We were excited to see bears in the driveway twice. Both times were a surprise, but they scurried off when they saw us. No aggression, but be cautious and lock all car doors. The only misrepresentations that I took a star off for is the view. It’s a beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding nature, but you’re closer to downtown than it looks. When on the balconies be prepared to have Mountain Views from mid to right (slightly obscured by trees) and from mid to left is downtown, other properties and sky trams. This was the only disappointing part as I was looking for predominantly Mountain Views. If you’re looking to be close to downtown, but still feel secluded and peaceful this is the place for you. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The pictures of this place do NOT do it justice!!! We absolutely LOVED our stay. From the welcome goodies, to the pool, to even a basket of soft blankets to cuddle on the couch with. I'm a sucker for some soft blankets. There was an AC issue that Zach addressed immediately. Within an hour someone was there to fix it. The kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave the pool or the game room. We cannot wait for our next visit!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We visited to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The property exceeded our expectations. The host was great and made the whole experience effortless with clear and complete communication. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The cabin was easy to get to, but felt very private and secluded. We saw bears each day at the property. All essentials were provided and everything was very well maintained. If you are thinking about reserving this cabin, hesitate no more. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our relaxing and quiet stay. Beautiful scenery of Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. Spectacular night lights! So excited on our last full day to see 3 bears. One came so close we had a wonderful view out the back window and door.

We travel often and this house is by far our favorite!
From the time we booked the cabin until we left Zach was great at communicating with us. When we arrived we were more than surprised with how spacious and beautiful the house was! It was exactly as described and then some. The views were spectacular and it was only a 5 minute drive to the main strip in Gatlinburg, which was a major plus for us!
The house comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay and is impeccably clean. If you’re looking for a family friendly cabin that offers plenty to do, this is the one for you! We will definitely be back!

The host was very easy to work with and provided great hospitality and communication before, during, and after the stay. The house was very nice and clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The views and location were fabulous. The home is far enough away from the crowds to be very peaceful and quiet but you can be in downtown Gatlinburg in 5 minutes.

Perfect location. Beautiful and spacious cabin. So many games - for both kids and adults.

Driveway is a on a hill so plan ahead for that.
There are a LOT of stairs to unload luggage - so make sure to plan to be walking up flights of stairs to bedrooms when you pack and unload. The layout is great for families - but if anyone has bad knees or issues with stairs prepare accordingly :)
Also LOCK your cars. We had a bear break into our Tahoe and rip the front seat up and drink and ICEE. I’ve heard this is common in the mountains - so lock up! I had no idea bears could open doors!
The hosts were wonderful and easy to contact and stocked the house with much of what we needed for our stay.
We will for sure be back.

This place is amazing!! First off, it's very clean and has everything there you need for your trip. The indoor pool is awesome and the beds sleep great!! It's also close enough to Gatlinburg so you are minutes away but at the same time while at the cabin you have the feeling of being away from the city in a mountain setting. Not sure how they pulled that off.
If you want to see wildlife, then grab a cup of coffee and sit on the deck. We saw turkey and bears (from a safe distance) while relaxing at the cabin enjoying the view of the mountains and fall colors. If you love the outdoors, this is the place for you!
While you are reading this, I bet someone else is looking to book this cabin. Get it before they do, you'll be glad you did!!

This house is beautiful inside, well-maintained, great extras (indoor pool, pool table, hot tub) and has a gorgeous view. The owner was super responsive to my questions and had stocked the house with all we needed to stay for a few days. The driveway is a bit harrowing but worth the drive to the top! Would highly recommend and will likely come stay again.

This property is exactly as shown on the photos actually even more beautiful in person and stocked with just about all your basic needs as if you were home. Zach was very prompt with his responses and reminders and letting you know he's available if you need him. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and will definitely rebook this property if in the area again. Oh and not to mention this property is located in a great location not far at all to downtown Gatlinburg with all the action.

Beautiful home with stunning views & great amenities. Lots of activities for the kids - pool table, games, swimming pool, etc. The home was very clean & Zach was a great host, quick to respond. Fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!
