Had a fabulous week in this lovely, quirky apartment. It’s very homely, full of charm and absolutely immaculate! It’s very spacious and the outside terrace is great with sun all day if you want it but a breezy covered terrace when you need to cool down and ideal for alfresco dining! I know the area well and have been many times but this was my first time in this apt block - it was so clean and the heated pool which was delightful was an added bonus. I will most definitely be returning and look forward to dealing with Nathalie again.

Apartment was like a home from home very Spanish. Terrace was a real bonus had the sun from first thing in the morning and a great part Seaview. Both bedrooms had air conditioning which was great although main lounge with canopied glass roof would be very warm in the summer months. But outside terrace is an excellent space.

Had a great week here. Fabulous large outside space. The apartment is in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. A bit of a walk to the main bars and restaurants but that kept us fit.

The apartment is extremely spacious, with a wonderfully large balcony for outside living. It has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Swimming pool is heated, very pleasant. The underground car park is a real bonus if you hire a car. The Duke shopping center is just around the corner, with a supermarket and a variety of very good restaurants. Its a 5 minute walking to a Medical center near the Plaza del Duque that does INR blood tests etc. 5 minutes further on and you're at the Duque beach /Prominade, beautiful. Would definitely stay again and Nathalia who manages the property was very efficient.

The photos of this apartment do not do it justice. It is extremely well kept and clean, everything you could wish for is there. Communication with the owner was excellent and the welcome pack was a nice surprise and greatly received. The apartment is in a secure location making it feel very safe. Pool area good and not too busy. Overall a great place and we will be back!

Absolutely incredible apartment and Nathalie kept in touch and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. It was also situated in a perfect location only 15 minutes from the beach! Will definitely stay again!

We have just returned from 3 fantastic weeks at this apartment. The interior is very comfortable, reclining chairs, tv, dvds etc. There is a full size kitchen with hob, oven and fridge/freezer and full range of cooking utensils that make it possible to dine in should you wish. The terraces in this apartment are fabulous, one for sunbathing and one for relaxing under the shady pergola, reading a book, dining or looking out to the fantastic sea views. It was a pleasure to meet Daniel, Dominique and their daughter, we hope to return again next year.

This was our first holiday in Tenerife, and we were determined to see the wonderful scenery the island has to offer. We hired a car to see the spectacular El Teide volcano area and the North West of the island. To be honest though, the car stayed in the indoor car park for quite a lot of the two weeks we were in Tenerife because the apartment is so spacious and has such a brilliant outside space that we were quite happy relaxing in the sun, or under the pergola, with frequent walks to the local shops restaurants and beaches. This is a truly wonderful apartment. The owner’s description and the other reviews are not exaggerated. Dominique and Daniel take great pride in this apartment as it used to be their home. The self-watering plants in the outside space have been well conceived to give beauty and privacy. Inside there are many ornaments and other personal items, making the apartment feel like a home. The El Duque ll building is very impressive, and security is first class. There is a key for the outside door and a remote for the garage door. The building is in a very nice area with 5 star hotels nearby. There are so many restaurants to chose from, we couldn’t try them all, but if you want to blow a hole in your wallet, get dressed and try the Hacienda in the Gran Bahia Del Duque Hotel. At more modest prices but with lots of choice and good service, try the Banana Restaurant & Pizzeria overlooking the beach. Finally we would both like to thank Dominique and Daniel for their warm and friendly welcome, and for giving us a holiday which we will always remember, and will certainly want to repeat.

Just back from two weeks in this amazing apartment. It was great to be greated by Daniel on arrival and shown around the complex. Booked on line with no knowledge of the area but as other reviewers have said the apartment and the complex itself are great. It is in a lovely part of tenerife, we all felt very safe there. We had 2 children 5 and 7 and the loved the pool area which has plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and is very safe for the kids. It is so quiet at the pool that it is like having a private pool. The apartment is so well equiped it is unbelievable, and brilliant if you have kids as there are dvd.s and pool toys etc. The size of the balcony is great and also the fact that it has a pergola means there is plenty of shade. The wall is high enough to be save for the kids on the balcony. The apartment itself is very big, very cool on a hot day (unlike many others on the complex), having the internet was a real bonus. We had the aprtment cleaned mid week and it was really well done and a bonus to come back too. We rented a car and so it was great to have the car park space. It was very near the apartment and underground so the car was always cool when we got into it. Uness you intend driving around the island you won't need a car as the taxis are very cheap and there are a lot of good places to eat in walking distance. We will definatley be back to this apartment.

Beyond Imagination Dear Daniel, We enjoyed a beautiful holiday in your fantastic apartment with our family. And unless the pictures we saw on the internet site it is true that the reality is far more impressive. The wonderful balcony with its splendid sea sight, the spacious living with its tasteful design, the ultra modern kitchen, and the comfortable bedrooms, the garage with remote control and last but not least the very exclusive swimming pool on the top of the complex . Me 51, my wife 50 and my three daughters, (13, 17, and 19), are unanimous, this is the best holiday residence we stayed ever. And all this is on walking distance, to the most beautiful beaches and promenades of Tenerife. At last we thank you for the very friendly and personal welcome (with even the right names of each of us) We hope to enjoy it again, An enthusiast Dutch family

Hi Dominique and Danielle, J Thank you to you a fantastic holiday. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, as we found it to be both luxurious and practical. Our 2 yr old Alice loved all the space to run about and play. It is in an excellent location and is the perfect base to see Costa Adeje and the surrounding areas. The complex pool is very clean and well suited to little ones and adults alike. Alice really liked the toddlers pool, which she had to herself most days. The apartment and service recieved from Daniel was excellent and we will definately be returning soon. Thoroughly recommended. Neil, Nadine, Jean and Alice

Me and my husband stayed from 28/3/2009 to 5/4/2009. Sharon was always helpful and prompt with any queries that I had. We loved the apartment it was exactly as the photos showed, spotless, well maintained and excellent location will be coming back as soon as availability allows. As always the Del Duque area was a pleasure to be in with the best resturants and lounging bars we have had in tenerife, also the lovely Del Duque beach was great as ever. Would recommend this apartment to friends but only after I had booked my time there.

Hi Dominique and Danielle, Just wanted to say thank you to you both for a fantastic stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that wants do enjoy a luxurious and relaxing holiday. The perfect base to enjoy all that Tenerife has to offer. The accomodation and facilities at the apartment are so good that we were happy to sit back, relax and watch the world go by. The pool area is excellent, I have 2 teenage boys 15 & 16 and they absolutley loved the stay. This apartment is special and I would recommend it to all. Tom, Julie, Paul & Ryan

Spent a lot of time on your patio garden reading and sunbathing amongst the beautiful plants.Apartment had everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Kept up to date with emails on your computer which was great.Daniel was very charming and helpful, didnt meet Dominique as she was in France.
