PROS: -Photos of house are accurate -Frequent texting from management on day of check-in -Easy check in (packet is waiting for at the gate, and easy access to door key pad) -Good location -private, yet all major stores and restaurants are short driving distance. -Gated community -Quick response to questions via the online portal on the weekends -Reserved beach chairs and umbrella were set up early every morning. -Comfortable beds -Two laundry rooms with detergent and dryer sheets CONS: Cleaning should be better for a luxury home and a $1,000 cleaning fee. -Dining table was dirty, oily, sticky, smudged and had an accumulation of crumbs all over the table - on top of and underneath the glass overlay... I had to lift the glass to clean the crumbs all over the table. Was unable to successfully eliminate the oily build up. (No cleaning supplies other than dish soap and laundry detergent) -Hair in shower and bath sink -Caked-on dust build-up on night stands -Dirty wine glasses -Mold in washing machine -Would be nice if windows facing the beach were clean -Ice in freezer had turned into one block of unbreakable ice -Incorrect Wi-fi password was provided with reservation and online portal. (This was quickly resolved.) -No privacy on balconies if neighbors are on their balconies -No garage opener

The location of the property with beach front access is fabulous and the pool on the property was great (maintained twice a week). My over riding disappointment in the property was that the dishwasher was broken when we arrived and never repaired. This made the vacation a disappointment. I have two dw's at home - I would never have expected to have to wash dishes for 7 people for 3 meals a day on vacation. We are all very active cooks so we prefer to eat in rather than in restaurants all the time. The appliances, except for the refrigerator, are all very dated. The bathrooms are dated. The floor plan of the property works well for a large family. Every BR had its own Bath; however, there is no separate powder room so a bedroom on each floor also opens to the hall. Not a big deal but worth noting if that is undesirable to anyone. The garage apt was particularly dated - think third class motel. I gave the rating I did for cleanliness because of the bugs and the mildew on the grouting around the kitchen sink. I wouldn't rent this property again. The Ocean Reef staff were very helpful and I know they were at the mercy of the owner to replace the DW...obviously, this owner doesn't care about the satisfaction of their clients.

There were no big surprises. The home and location were just as I expected from the online descriptions and previous reviews. Overall, very nice.

The property looked exactly as it does on the pictures. Simply beautiful. However the only downfalls to our trip . When we arrived we couldn’t go on the beach bcuz we had no wrist bands. A broken window in a bed room had to be fixed, and downstairs refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. I emailed several times no response and ended up calling the after hours emergency service. Everything else was great.

great location . Management company should have had the bbq propane tank replaced , I had to do it. Just the little things ....

Everything was great! The property was spacious with everything we needed including the game room with an extra kitchen that we really enjoyed. The view was magnificent. The check in and checkout process was easy. The neighborhood was beautiful. The beach was peaceful without the crowd from spring break. The weather was not the best but everything at Tuscany was so amazing it didn’t ruin our weekend and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this property!
