Great location! The layout of the house was perfect for our trip!! We had four grandchildren 4 and under and the pool was just want they all needed after the beach!

We loved it so much we stayed extra nights! The owner reached out by text on arrival day to assure we were well accommodated. Was also quick to reply to text question. Pool was wonderful and clean. Loved the beach chair set up everyday and the private ( neighborhood only) beach. The house was clean. Beach towels were provided. Extra blankets were in closet. Loved the gas range. Very quiet gated neighborhood with a very active Courtesy Patrol officer. Best of all though was the view from the living room , porch, and pool deck. Definitely recommend

Location is perfect, super close to Sandestin resort for the Wharf and restaurants and also all the shopping at Grand Boulevard. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and the beds were beyond comfy. Speaking of comfy, that couch is a snoozer after a long day on the beach. The beach is the best part, it was like it was our own. I searched forever to make sure there wasn’t hundreds of people on the beach like the big condos have. The pool is the perfect space to end the day too, I loved soaking in the evenings and still getting to see and hear the waves. The boardwalk is right there and I was worried it would be awkward being right next to it, that was not the case, people didn’t even see us hanging out on the covered patio. Super quiet gated area too. You will love this place. We have stayed in condos, townhomes and other homes and this one is our favorite.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Loved the gated neighborhood. Kitchen and pantry were smaller than I expected and the house could use some cosmetic updates but other than that we had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is wonderful. It's quiet and close enough to shopping and restaurants, but just outside the central crowed area of Destin. Grand Boulevard is one of our favorite areas for shopping and eating, and it is super accessible from here. The home was lovely. The decor is not very modern, but it was very clean! We loved having the boardwalk to the beach right off of our deck. The private beach is nice. Areas to either side of the neighborhood get crowed. With two young children, we particularly enjoyed having plenty of space for them to run and play and stay within sight. The management company was superb! Very responsive and proactive. We had a rainy afternoon and they texted us a list of local indoor activities. We discovered blacklight mini-golf! We also called on our last day for a "cloudy" pool. It was scheduled to be cleaned the next day, but they sent someone out within 3 hours to clean it so we didn't miss any swimming on our last day. Excellent service!!

This property is amazing. Everything we needed with great space and right on the beach! Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Safe, upscale, gated neighborhood with all the extras. Management was on top of everything and very responsive. Do yourself a favor and book this property.

All of the beds were comfortable and the location is close to Baytown, Publix, and so many great restaurants. The team at Modern Vacation Rentals was so friendly and checked on us several times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Ask for Bryan when you book! He was absolutely terrific!

We loved everything about this property. The gated neighborhood and beachfront property was easy to get to and perfect for all the oceanfront benefits. The back porch and private pool were two of our favorite amenities, as well as the complimentary daily beach service. The open floor plan easily accommodated our group of eight for meals and down time. This was by far our favorite vacation rental property ever. The owner was in contact with us for any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Amazing being on the beach and having the heated pool. Great location close to food and activities but just far enough outside Destin to miss alot of the traffic. Check in/check out was a breeze. The pool heater stopped working our last two days which wasn't ideal as it was chilly so kids wouldn't swim in the ocean. They got it fixed and refunded the two days heat. They DON'T provide beach towels(this is a first for us in a luxury beach home) so if you are flying in, be ready to buy some better towels than the bathroom ones. I hope this is fixed and they provide like 10 towels with the requirement that they are laundered. We spent over $100 on beach towels and extra for luggage charge. They don't have any beach items like kids beach tools, boogie boards, paddle board, kayaks, etc. Again, we've stayed in luxury beach from homes that usually provide these to their guests. We'd rent again if they provide some of these basic beach front home items that are usual in this level of home and if we come back to the panhandle.
