Great modern hotel with all the amenities and seemingly a hub of activity among business people and travelers. Room was updated, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bars were excellent and staff was friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only issue, shower water never got hot. Lukewarm at best. Otherwise, very pleased with stay. Hotel staff (including valet) very friendly, attentive, and courteous.

Very limited space to park car in order to register. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate, but there was nothing special about it to justified the price. The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. Convenience items like soda or chips are quite expensive. Bottom line: It is a nice hotel, but overpriced for what you get.

We had a decent stay. We were surprised that there was no fan in the bathroom. The doors to the room and bathroom are incredibly heavy. All interactions with staff were excellent.

when we asked for an extra night the room was no cleaned and prepared. other than that we had a total of 5 rooms booked for our wedding. just wished we got little extra care.

I booked the room for my son and family. They were here for the Dayton Air Show. Its the second year in a row they have stayed at the hotel. They really like it! Everything is new and refreshing, staff was nice and help them with a few city of Dayton questions. Look look forward coming back next year!!

This is a very nice hotel! Darnell ans staff helped to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. A great bed and exceptional dining were just some of the things that made our memorable. This will be our hotel for any visit to the Gem City going forward.

The cost for the room was $500. It was the most over-priced instance of gouging I could have imagined. There are few hotel options in Dayton, but the room was worth $150 at best. $200 in the height of season maybe. It did not appear to be busy. Its a very basic room, nothing special about the room at all-- and the hotel is a regular hotel with a nice-ish lobby. As a global traveler, this hotel is the worst waste of money, I have ever seen. I don't mind paying for a $500 room when it is a $500 room, this is so far from it, its disgusting.

This was an extremely nice facility. The staff was 5 star professional. The little extra touches like lavender sachets, face spray and siesta books are creative. The Foundry food was high quality as well. We seemed very conviently located to everything we needed.

Beautiful new hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast was offered and well worth the add on. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. I would happily stay again.
