Great place with lots of space. The pool was awesome. Location was nice and central.

Had a surprise family gather for my wife, our kids and family all under one roof and in the pool was great. The house was probably better than advertised. Great layout for gatherings, big open rooms, pool and fabulous outdoor space. Two to three blocks from downtown Chandler so definitely a nice walk to great restaurants and breweries. My wife fell in love, but when it’s still snowing in way late April at home and in the 80’s with a great pool, it’s hard not too. We did not watch much TV, but every room had a big nice TV’s if you want them. Kitchen was well appointed, but the big island was the best part to all hang around. I am sure we will be back.

This house was beautiful, cozy and very well maintained. The separation of bedrooms and bathrooms was nice for privacy. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my kids and grandchildren for my 60th. Will definitely recommend and stay again!! Thank you!

Comfortable accommodations for multiple couples or a large family. Great entertaining kitchen; however, it lacked basic kitchen and cleaning supplies. Pool and yard were great.

We stayed 3 nights, and they were very comfortable! We loved the house, the backyard and the location. No complaints at all!!

Home was beautiful, but most important the layout provided space for different families. THREE living rooms! Well stocked - kitchen, games and bedding.

Although this house is in a bit of a run down neighborhood. The inside wipes that completely out of sight/thought. There is SO much family space. Internet wasn't the best but it all worked out. Only thing I wish is that there was a TV in the front Master Bedroom. Otherwise, this house is a dream, with great flow and lots of space. The yard is kid friendly and my grandkids had a blast! I would definitely stay here again.

Stay at the property to visit family over Thanksgiving. The place was great! Everyone enjoyed the spacious layout. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and playground. Recommend highly!!!

We were in the Phoenix area for a family wedding and our group included children, parents, and a grandparent. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, as well as extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The outdoor area and pool were great for both the adults and the kids. The rental company was communicative and extremely easy to work with. I would rent this place again without hesitation if we are in the Phoenix/Chandler area.

The house was gorgeous! Lots of room and the yard and pool was perfect. Very clean and cool for it being a 110 outside. Enjoyed it very much.

Overall we had a fantastic stay. This location is really close to downtown Chandler which was great for our family as we like to experience different places to eat, shopping and entertainment. We also enjoyed the flow of the home.If you wanted to come together as a large group you could and if you needed some space to get some down time you could do that as well. The pool area was beautiful with water feature and lights, just wish it had more seating options as there was 8 of us and only 4 chairs. Would stay here again!

We can’t say enough good things about this house! We had 4 adults and 3 kids in the house and all had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and the kids loved the back yard! If we need a rental in the area we will definitely rent this house again. The only thing I wish we would of known ahead of time, is the pool could be heated. We later found out if we would of asked prior to our stay that would of been accommodated. I would also ask for more bath towels. We had to wash the few we were each given a few times while we were there. With all of that said, this is one of the nicest vrbo’s we’ve rented!

Beautiful home in a great location! Very clean and spacious. Property manager Megan, was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had. We look forward to our next visit to Charming Washington!
