The owner was always in communication! The pool area and deck were not operational due to reconstruction! Owner kept us up informed.

The condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We spent the days listening to the waves roll in. The apartment amenities were wonderful - adjustable king bed, two beds in second bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo was extremely convenient to all the activities we wanted to do while in the Daytona Beach area. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Its unique layout made our stay with our friends more enjoyable because we had an extra sitting area for us to have a little privacy from each other. The owner, Neil, was very pleasant and so accommodating! Hope to stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay in Towers Ten. The kitchen is well-stocked, as well as many items for the beach. Niel is the best communicator we have ever dealt with. When the bedroom TV didn’t work, a new one arrived and was installed in just a short time. We plan to return asap. We can’t say enough nice things!

The unit was well-appointed. The master bath was awesome. Plenty of room for our group. The owner, Niel, was awesome. He was very easy to communicate with.

The owner was great and communicated well. Property was awesome (even though there was still some damage from the hurricanes) and right by a beach access. Other people at the property were very friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we are here.

The property was very clean and everyone was friendly. It was a bit older than expected, but that was not a problem. The host was great. My son and I were there to stay through the holidays to look for a home to purchase for him. We had a great time, even though it rained for a week. The next week was beautiful. We have been visiting the area for 30 years. I never received any information from VRBO and I had to contact the host for how to check into the property

Awesome property and great communication. Right on the beach with easy access. Huge master bath with roll in shower was awesome for our daughter. Thanks again Niel!

Wonderful condo!! The condo was the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. The condo was clean and the beds were wonderful. The parking spot was also great. The building itself was clean. Definitely would stay in this unit again!

Excellent location. Everyone in the area was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was in the condo that one could possibly need. Extremely comfortable. Can't say a bad word.

The owner was excellent to work with. The condo is huge with beautiful views and lots of amenities. Ex. Beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs, kitchen well stocked... great place to stay enjoy!!! Thank you Neil...

Beautiful well kept clean condo with a great view of the ocean. The host was responsive if we had any questions and provided us with beach going basic needs like chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The pool, beach access and surrounding back outdoor area with grills and seating at this building are still under construction after the hurricanes in fall of 2022. This is true of most buildings in this area, luckily the drive on entrance is right next to the building so you don’t need to walk far to access the beach which is a great bonus. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants. (Try the Casual Bird, it was our favorite coffee spot and those fresh cookie ice cream sandwiches can’t be topped!) We really enjoyed this room and the location!
