Very nice property, exactly as listed. Snacks and coffee greatly appreciated, as we were only there for a short visit with family. Could easily be ADA compliant with addition of bars in shower and railing on front steps.

What a gem! In town for a wedding and stayed the weekend. House is recently renovated and very clean. Great quiet neighborhood and large backyard, great for family to run around. House has a nice screen porch and great layout. Would stay again of back on town!

We were looking for a reasonably priced place close to the beaches and the Riverwalk for vacation. It was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood. We visited Riverwalk (downtown), Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, and Kure Beach via the Aquarium. We got to all locations within 30 minutes: Downtown 15 minutes and Wrightsville 10 minutes. The host checked in with us and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The house was well stocked. Each room, including the screened in porch had SmartTVs with streaming service subscriptions. We loved the house and would stay again. Great family time!

Great place and location!

Place is very nice inside. Yard needs a little TLC. Could use a few more kitchen items: dish towels. Owner very responsive and brought requested item upon request. Like the code technology for accessing the door, Did not need to hassle with keys/lock box etc. Great place to stay.

This is a great house with a fenced in back yard incase you bring your dog - we did - it made life very easy. Three bedrooms, outdoor screened in porch with large TV for hanging out and nice living room/kitchen space. Very clean - we might have been close to the first renters. Very close to the beach, UNCWilmington campus and short drive to downtown.

This house was perfect for our visit to Wilmington to celebrate our daughter's birthday who is a student at UNCW. It is in a great location close to the campus, great restaurants and the beach. Our group included myself, my husband, my parents and our two dachshunds. Our daughter left campus to stay with us as well. The updates/renovations were absolutely beautiful. The living room has a large leather couch that fit us all comfortably. We enjoyed watching movies together on the smart tv. The bunk room is full size beds which our daughter was happy about since she sleeps on a twin in her dorm. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and we also enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood every day. The screened porch area was also a spot we loved hanging out in with it's outdoor sectional, gas fire pit and smart tv. The hosts provided a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks and coffee pods that was most appreciated. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked with whatever we would've needed. We brought our favorite games from home and enjoyed playing them at the beautiful dining table that seats 6. Communication with Dee was easy and frequent. We would definitely rent this home again.

This newly renovated house was perfect for my friends and me. It was only a short drive to the ocean and downtown Wilmington. We had a fantastic experience staying there, and Dee made certain that everything was ready for us. I highly suggest it! ◡̈
