The house itself was nice. The television in the living room was broken but it was replaced the next day. However, the people who installed the new tv stuck around for about another 30 minutes installing additional light fixtures and caulking some exterior items while we just had to kinda hang out and wait for them. The biggest issue was the hot tub was not clean. There was a green film, algae I'm hoping, covering the inside of the tub. This was the 4th time we have rented in Powderhouse Pass and this was the first time we had any issues.

Feel the cozy, luxurious, pampered, but feel “at home”. The loft room has all the views, the Primary has all the feels, and the bunkroom is a kids best dream. Outside a hot tub and fireplace with deer visiting on the daily. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. On the rainy nights we cozied up by the fire in the great room. The house is beautiful. There is so much room to spread out. Lots of activities, ping pong table, cornhole, hot tub and fire pit were used a lot. Went to the pool every evening before we ate. We hope to be back.

We couldn't have been more happy with this property. We had 6 kids between two families and the heated outdoor pools, the bags set, and the ping pong table saved the day when it was raining for 2 of the 3 days we were out in the hills. We even talked about reserving the property again for next year already!

Beautiful, convenient location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living area were nice and open to visit and prepare meals from. The covered deck was very nice to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views. The garage was furnished with a ping pong table and bean bags and a small refrigerator. The 2 washers and dryers came in handy as well. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to Lead or Deadwood. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

There are large windows throughout the main floor and loft. Early risers will love the loft where we got to see soft, beautiful snow falling gently straight down. This was a wonderful home to stay in and our group hopes to come back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was beautiful and perfect for our crew! The house is brand new and as described! Hot tub is a little small, but that would be the only thing to note.
