The property was very nicely designed and we felt very much at home. All amenities were provided, which was very helpful! Loved the table games which we played during our down time. Very close to public transportation, hardly had to use Uber. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is brand new, super clean and in great location: quiet, green street, beautiful neighborhood and 10 min drive to downtown. Check in process was seamless, all information was provided in advance.

Great place to stay!

Property is in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to downtown in 15-20min but also never waited more than 3min for a lyft/Uber either. Well laid out home, very clean, and awesome communication from owner/manager! Would stay again without question!

The home is exactly as described. It was very clean and modern. The views from the windows were beautiful. Free parking on the street was always available. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we wanted to do in downtown Seattle and Pike Place market. Thank you!

Very clean and had everything we needed! Very convenient to downtown and lots of food choices Loved all of the coffee places. Lot of places to eat We hiked, went to a Mariners game and were able to get to Portland to see the Women’s elite 8 game.

This property was very clean. We were hoping to have more things within walking distance but still had a great time. There did seem to be a lot of police activity in the area that made it hard to sleep due to the sirens.

Very clean and nice. The pictures and description are accurate. Bath towels are large, soft, and luxurious, but there are no washcloths.

We had a great time here , rooftop patio over looking T Moble park and lots of room. Close enough to the city to jump on a scooter to explore Time to plan our next trip back

This property is gorgeous and very well kept! The owners are very prompt with communication and very accessible for any help! Would 100% book with them again!

My husband and I stayed with our toddler and my sister. Overall, the house was clean and stocked with things that made our trip convenient. The location was super close to literally everything (no more than 10 minutes to downtown and other great places. The neighborhood seemed quiet, but there was quite. A bit of activity a few houses down (police/ambulances were called once per day - no reason determined) and we saw a transient or two walking through the neighborhood making it questionable to walk around solo. Couple of issues with plumbing that we notified the owners of, but they were really responsive and helpful! We loved the fact that there was a garage, but you can only fit a compact suv or smaller in there - appreciated that note from the owners before we picked up a rental car. Overall, great property. And we would definitely stay again!

Booked on a whim. Fantastic place to decompress after being downtown all day acting like lost tourists. Very spacious and livable townhouse with a great rooftop deck. We’ll be back. Laura is a phenomenal host. Great communication throughout. Thanks!!!

This house was one of the cleanest home rentals we have ever experienced. The beds were very comfortable and a huge kitchen made cooking dinner so enjoyable. Lots of pots and pans and some spices too. Love that there were shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms as my daughter and partner didn't get their luggage until the end of our stay. Communication with Laura was a breeze. Every question answered immediately. Only downside was that there was not a grocery store within walking distance, but as we had a car, we were able to get out to buy our food. Overall, a great stay!

We was here 2 day before our cruise.It’s not fancy like the hotel but it very convenient location everything nearby.The house very clean and very lovely and well stocked everything from the kitchen to the room and to the toilet. Laura much be very detailed person , in the kitchen fully with all the cookware she even put several bottles water, snacks bars, popcorn, on the table, a lot coffee in the cabinet. Refrigerator can make ice and cold water you don’t need to buy bottles water when you tay here (make you feel like home !). In thetoilet we have shampoo, conditioner ,shaving, toothbrush, sewing stuff,pillow spay for deep sleep…The rooftop have chair and table for family can have some fun when it’s good weather. Laura response very fast every time we need her even late at night. I’m highly recommend this location! I wish I can stay here longer . I will Referal friend and family to this property and I will be back here again if I’m in Seattle Thanks for everything Laura and thanks for the house’s keeping make our trip better and smoothed ❤️ Van Vo .

This spot was perfect for family time and visiting Seattle. Good location for both driving around and using the Seattle transit system. Little Saigon, Chinatown and great international eateries within walking distance. House was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. There was some homelessness to deal with a few blocks away but that is simply part of Seattle and not a reflection in the house itself. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect for our weekend in Seattle visiting with friends. Location was exactly what we needed.

Laura was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was excellent and we enjoyed close proximity to all the sights. We enjoyed the Cheeky Cafe around the corner and other spots as well. No question about it we would stay here again.

This property is in a fantastic location. It's pretty close to just about everything in Seattle. Street parking was always available, and the garage is pretty small as mentioned in the description. It was clean, and the check in/check our process was a breeze. The hosts were very quick to respond with any issues. We really enjoyed it.

Laura was such a great host. She ensured I had all the information I needed and always answered any questions I had promptly. The fast response made even the slightest hiccup go away instantly. I appreciated how prompt they were to answer any questions I had. The place itself has really comfortable beds. There is plenty of kitchen ware to cook with if you so choose, but also great walking distance to go to restaurants near by such as Humble Pie! (Great pizza by the way!) I enjoyed the little bathroom packages they provided for us, if you happened to need any bathroom supply. They even had a fresh package toothbrush in each bathroom if you happened to need one! My friends enjoyed the rooftop patio. It was really pretty at night to see the city lit up. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone else to stay here as well.
