The room is very spacious and well decorated. Underground parking is available for a fee but it is very safe. Located right at the vibrant high street and there are a lot of shops. There is also a small gym. Would be great if they have some basic cooking supplies such as oil and salt in the room. Also water keeps splashing out of the shower which makes the floor wet and slightly messy. Other than these minor issues this property is almost flawless. Highly recommend if you are visiting Bolzano.

Really nice rooms, modern and fresh. Friendly and helpfull.

Was a very comfortable stay for five nights. Very clean and centrally located. Check in was very easy. You do have to pay for towel service and there is no option to store luggage after check out. Additionally, the spa sounded great but had limited hours (10–5:30).

High tech, comfortable, clean suite. That said, there was no hot water in the morning, which was a surprise given how modern the place was.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of everything. Short walk to train station. Room was beautiful, clean and very modern. Dining and shopping right out the front door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly when we arrived and provided maps of the city. The building is very modern and high tech which was very neat. Spacious rooms made the stay very comfortable. Laundry onsite was a huge bonus as we were able to take advantage of for the last leg of our trip

This smart hotel is stupid if technology fails as it did for us you are inconvenienced they have a chronic electronic key swab issue best to ask for a regular key if staying here if you do t want to be locked out

Fantastic huge apartment. Very modern with electronic switches, locks etc enormous king size bed and large bathroom with twin basins large shower, magnifying mirror and bidet. The large living area was very comfortable and there were 2 large TVs (living and bedroom) with 3 English speaking news channels. There was a minor problem with the codes we were sent which did not work and when we arrived we could not get into parking or our room and it was after hours and our eSIM card did not let us make calls unless it was on WhatsApp etc so it was hard to call the emergency number. We accosted another guest who kindly called the emergency number for us and all was resolved quickly however there had been a problem all day with the electronic locks and passcode use. The next day we were issued with a key card in case of further problems. There is a Spar supermarket across the road -open until 7.30pm. The kitchen was supplied with beautiful glassware and plates but a limited range of utensils (no peeler or colander) 2 capsules were provided for coffee machine and you could purchase additional ones from a machine in the guest laundry. The laundry for guests was free to use with washer, dryer and laundry soap. This was a real bonus. After a shaky start with the codes not working we couldn’t believe our luck in finding such a large and beautiful apartment, right in the heart of the old town. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again.

The hotel is excellent the property , rooms and the staff are also excellent but you need a code to enter and open the garage and I received the code 2 days after my reservation. I suggest that should be explained by th Expedia company before you decided to book the room. Despite that situation everything is excellent !

Within 100 meters of the Archaeological Museum where you can find the Ice Man Ötzi. The hotel is near many restaurants and right in the shopping district. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, along with glasses, silverware and a wine opener. Two televisions and comfortable beds. Although we did not use the gym, it seemed to have everything necessary, including a bike and rowing machine. Highly recommend

Really nice property and very high tech

Though it is a bit of a walk from the train station, the location of this property is what makes it most appealing. It is right in the heart of the tourist area, across from one of the museums. There is no kitchen but it does have a fridge and free laundry which makes a big difference when you are away for a long trip. All of the room is electronically enabled so it's a good idea to read the directions on how to operate the features. For example, I had no idea how to lower the window coverings until I spoke to another couple staying in the building. If only I had read the extensive and informative room guide! The bed was nice and comfy and there was also an inviting patio, which I did not use because there wasn't enough time! The big downside to staying here is that one does not receive the city pass, which enables you to use public transit at no cost and receive other city perks.

We loved this hotel! Was by far our fav on our Europe trip. Huge room, so QUIET, and amazing location. Staff were great and helped with any questions we had. Would def recommend!!

The apartment I booked was spacious and had all amenities necessary, a very comfortable bed and was very quiet. It was new and also very clean. The entry was easily accessible and the ladies at the reception area were always helpful. The location is convenient with the grocery store across the street and everything within walking distance. The spa was wonderful! I will definitely book there again.

An all digital setup of a location that you can’t Google nor your maps locator finds it. They send you a code to operate entrance, light and everything else but we booked through Expedia so it popped up randomly in a link of a text message after searching for it. Ended up being annoying and clinical… but architects did a good job. More for nerds and IT dudes …

This property is in the heart of Bolzano so walking right into the historic district is not an issue. Parking was super convenient, as was the code system for both the parking garage and entry to the room. No keys or cards required! Upon entering the room, I could see it was immaculate and new. The concrete floors were stunning as was the entire bathroom. My only complaint was there was no hot water for my entire stay. I wrote an email over Expedia to the property, but it was never addressed. The following morning I mentioned it to the young woman at the front desk and she stated that the entire property had no hot water and they were working on it. This was a major disappointment, since I could not even use the beautiful shower in the bathroom or take a shower at all. Seemed like a lot of money to spend to not be able to enjoy the beauty of the room. Left a bitter taste, especially since the hotel has not, to this point, even addressed my concern or offered any sort of compensation/voucher/etc. I am hoping for some sort of resolution to this, as it really left me thinking I wouldn't stay here again, based on the response, or even caring to offer anything in return.

The location was excellent with great parking! Only issue we had was check in. We arrived late and the service numbers provided did not work. Expedia representative was also not able to get hold of anyone. However we were able to get into the apartment and speak to the receptionist the next day. Overall was a great location!

The hotel is new so everything is clean. Being new there are some things that were a little difficult for someone in my generation to understand. For instance everything is controlled from wall screens, lights, doors, window shades...ect ect. Be sure to check in before the front desk goes home at 5 p.m. If you are late like we are they will answer the phone and direct you appropriately but the language barrier is difficult to overcome. That said, I will stay there again. It is right in the mix of the city so everything is right out the door.

It’s clean and the room is nice and big

Hortenberg Homes is right at the edge of old town, in a great location, and it was super easy to check in without seeing anyone; everything worked by email. The apartment was nice, with a good kitchen and island, and a bedroom you could close off. It was a bit sparse though. No carpets, so you are walking on concrete floors. No silverware, which was annoying, because we expected it, given there were glasses. We couldn't turn the towel warmer off in the bathroom so it was always super hot in there. But generally, a nice place to stay that was a good value given the space and location.
