Everything was great , amazing view. Only problem was about the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We had canceled it due to the fact we rented a vehicle but they still pick us up believing it was the shuttle to the car company. We ended up to the hotel and had to pay for a service we canceled thru email and have the car company bring us the car to the hotel which was an additional charge.

Spectacular view and location. The staff was unbelievably nice and accommodating!

Very friendly staffs and definitely contact them ahead of time for the porter service as there are many steps to and from the hotel. The room was definitely below our expectation. It does not have the caldera view as advertised. It was disappointing. The room was also lack of space and window.

Too many steps with inexperienced staff. The porters were simply amazing. Diana, the property manager tried to be welcoming but failed with her rudeness. She promised me a late checkout at 12:00 only to call me back at 11:00 to ask me rudely why I didn’t check out yet. The person who took us to our room took an eternity to explain something we could read in the welcome package!!!!! There was no need for his interpretation. We had 3 rooms and we all felt they are used to younger crowds and didn’t know how to handle older experienced travellers.

Vogue suites was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The balconies have beautiful views of the sea, the rooms are so nice inside that you almost feel guilty leaving them. The staff were extremely polite and kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and helped us with our luggage. They made sure to welcome us with refreshing lemon drinks as well. Cannot recommend vogue suites enough, it is the best hotel in Oia!

Avoid travel to this place at all costs. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel stay, booked through Expedia. The experience was far below the standards I expected based on the information provided on your website. Firstly, the request for two beds in the room was not honored despite being requested and confirmed by staff weeks in advance . Additionally, the shower head in our room was broken and not fixed, despite multiple requests. Our luggage was not fully moved into our rooms; some items were left behind, showing a lack of thoroughness from the staff. We were promised by the receptionist that we could remain in the sunset view room for the remainder of our stay as they failed to have two beds in the rooms along with not fixing the shower head with water and flood issues. However, the next day, staff members came banging on our doors, informing us that we had to move to room. This disruption ruined our entire trip. When I requested to speak to the manager to explain what had been promised to us, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She failed to listen to my concerns, told me to leave the room, and did not provide any level of customer service. After we were moved, the hotel staff stopped providing us with daily water bottles, which had been given to us in our previous room. Despite spending a significant amount of money on our stay, we were deprived of this essential amenity. The staff at the reception were unresponsive and rude,

The hotel was very nice and beautiful and the views so cool.

Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, there was hair in shower. I complained and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and was told the cleaners had gone home and it would’ve be done til next day. At 4pm the next day, we were sat outside our room where two cleaners came in for 4 minutes to “clean” our room. The room was never cleaned properly the whole time we were there. There was no fan in the bathroom which meant that the room would steam up and smell if you were to use the bathroom or shower. The shower also had no pressure and you did not feel clean after using it, our soap was also empty for a few days and wasn’t topped up. Not only this, we had cat poo sitting outside our room for a few days which would stink every time we entered and exited our room. We then confirmed the night before that our luggage could be stored and taken to the local bus stop by the porters the next day when we were leaving - the girl on reception said yes and confirmed that it could be taken there and gave us a time option. On the day of leaving our porters left our luggage in the sun from checkout til we were ready to leave. The porters stopped just before the post office and said that’s it and wouldn’t take our luggage to the bus station, as we had been told it would be taken then, we also would’ve made other arrangements to get picked up from where they stopped if that was the case. We were celebrating our engagement and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and service of this place

This place is a gem. We were so excited to get to Santorini and we had the best service ever. This place knows how to serve and make their guests feel welcomed. As soon as we got there, we had someone take our backpacks and brought them up the steep hills and stairs for us. This was amazing. Greeted with a lemonade, a smile and just the nicest attitude. We had a view that only one can dream of. The room was exactly like in the photos and it was very unique. I loved everything about this place. Being in Oia in the center of it all was pretty special. Do not even hesitate to book this hotel cause it’s absolutely amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff is exceptional and the views from vogue suites are genuinely unreal. So so happy to have chosen this hotel over others. Great shops and restaurants around as well.

Excellent and unique place to stay!

The room was really nice and clean. The staff were super helpful with any questions or concerns we had! The private hot tub was also an added bonus and made the stay extra special! We would recommend staying here!

Great view from room balcony. Room is clean and reception is incredibly friendly and helpful!

We stayed in the standard studio suite and was quite spacious for 2 people. Diana was so friendly and helpful! They had people to help you with luggage at departure and meeting point. The location was central and walkable to everywhere. Everything was clean, good water pressure, great view at the reception area. I wonder consider this a small boutique hotel. Would highly recommend and definately coming back!

This was a great property for our stay in Oui, Santorini. Be sure to take them up on the offer to make the transportation arrangements to and from the property. The whitewashed town is so picturesque but can be a confusing maze. It was nice to have someone show us to our room and take our luggage on the narrow cobblestone walkways and stairs. We we greeting with a cold drink which was nice on a hot day. I will be staying with them on our next visit to Santorini!

We had a wonderful stay at vogue suites for two nights with a hot tub overlooking the sea. Only miss was that we had to do without a hair dryer for a day, and the next day, the hair dryer had to the fixed with quite a bit of drilling while we were still in the room. But overall still a pleasant stay w great location.

I’d give this place 5 stars except for the obscenely loud banging sound coming from the AC unit. Informed front desk who said they’d send maintenance and they never did over the course of 4 days. Luckily the doors close so you can’t hear in the bedroom but it makes the sitting room and kitchen area totally unusable. If you get room 110 you’re screwed.

Amazing location and view from my room!!

Absolutely Stunning Views of Oia and the Ocean. Great location with quick walks to endless shopping and meal choices. The staff was Outstanding from the porter who helped with our luggage to the Manager who checked us in. Very friendly, kind and attentive. Room styling was very unique and the bathroom and shower were much larger than expected. I would highly recommend Vogue Suites and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. If you're considering a stay, book it before they sell out!
