Great value. A short but expensive taxi ride to nearest town. On the plus side the Chilli & Pepper indian restaurant in town is excellent. Karen our host was welcoming. Will stay nest time we go to Silverstone..

Very handy location when travelling up from the south-west to Norfolk- easy to find and very good facilities - I could have cooked a whole meal. Always nice to stay on a farm with all the animals around - including peacocks!

V quiet location but close to Brackley for shops etc. Spacious and quiet. Spotlessly clean and comfy with all the facilities needed plus milk eggs, bread, butter and jam to make your own breakfast, which is a nice touch. You can see and hear a busy road with windows open but not at all with windows closed. Nice not to have a thick duvet in summer! Karen was very responsive and helpful with queries - it would have been nice to have met her.

Everything clean and new. Nice room to stay for a couple of days. The owner left some eggs, bread and jam to make breakfast, which was lovely. Very secure and quiet.

Modern barn conversion with good size bathroom and powerful shower. Small but kitchen well equipped kitchen area.

Modern, new, clean, comfy bed….it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and just as shown in the photos. Breakfast provisions (bread, eggs, butter etc) were in the room on arrival, the kitchen facilities allow for self catering, easy to come and go but with the added security of being on the farm site, behind gates.

Location was great, peaceful, wildlife on site included ducks, peacocks, several spaniels and a cat! Apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Really nice bathroom too!

Great location close to Brackley and surrounds. Superb alternative to stopping in a Hotel, a home from home.

We are frequent overnight visitors to Brackley so this is a great find for us. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable accommodation. Will definitely be back.
