The place is gorgeous, we stayed in one of the apartments spread around the property. It feels like a little village, wound together by fairy lights in the evening. All the buildings are charming, with very well kept grounds, gardens and potted plants around, great for us and our dogs to spread our legs. The apartments themselves are simple and the decoration old school, but it makes sense with the setting. Big swimming pool a big plus. The setting is also beautiful, with walks and bike rides through the Tuscan countryside at your doorstep and easy access to cute towns. Another plus is the restaurant and its beautiful, romantic courtyard. Staff were also lovely, patient and accommodating with our big group of 9 adults, four children and two dogs. :)

The jacuzzi looked a bit abandoned and sad. Some indirect lighting in the living rooms would have been great. Breakfast, though varied and plentiful, felt like it had some supermarket cakes and artificial juices, rather than the local, homemade goodness one'd expect.

Outdoor environment is nice.

Considering the price range, it lacks basic services. Rooms are not upgraded to match a upper relais.

Beautiful setting, beautiful buildings. The room was beautifully designed too. Great breakfast. Good dinners. Ample parking. My little dog was allowed for a daily fee. Almost all staff were very friendly.

The plug in the bathtub didn’t work. Some cobwebs here n there. Staff were generally not very knowledgeable of recommendations for wine farms for tasting and such. Dinner one evening was bad compared to all the other nights. For the price, I would’ve expected just a little bit more, especially since I stayed there for one whole week. Some extra’s thrown in here n there for guests staying longer would’ve been welcome.

The apartment hadn't been used in a while and it wasn't as clean as hoped, and we were told we weren't allowed to use the kitchen because it wasn't an agriturismo booking.

Absolutely stunning property and fabulous food, too! We hope to return.
