The place was clean and nice looking. However we were given a handicapped accessible room which every thing was very low (dressers bed Nightstands). Which after a few hours gets tiring when youre old and have back issues.
On the 2nd night a family with 4 kids arrived and were placed in the room above ours.
They were jumping and loud every night until 2-3 am. Despite calling front desk nothing was done to keep quiet, move them or move us.
Upon check out there was kind of blank stare from receptionist never asked hoe are stay was she easnt rude but kind of just took our room key and said ok. Kind of low efrort for a Marriot property

Fully enjoyed my one night stay with my family while visiting family in town. This property was very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and very nice. We will book again!

This is a great hotel. The staff was friendly. The Hotel was extremely clean and kept up.
The rooms were oversized, and the bathrooms were huge.
The area was safe. Parking was good. Breakfast was clean and kept up. Hotel was not crowded.
Stay here if you need a good room. We stayed here on our way to Death Valley

The conditions of the Hotel are great however very concerning that a truck was stolen from the hotel parking from a family we know and the Hotel reported not having cameras in the property. Pool is quite small.

The stay was good. It is what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn & Suites.
Meaning, quality and good customer service at a medium budget priced hotel.
The issue at this location are the pillows. Guys, I mean seriously who chose those pillows.
I have stayed at a lot of different hotels and a couple of different Fairfield's too. I mean I am currently silver status at Expedia, so I have an idea of what I am talking about.
These are some of worst pillows I have slept on in the industry.
People, come on! Do your brand a solid, not to mention your clients.
Buy some better pillows!!!

Beautiful property. Clean, well equipped, delicious breakfast! What more do I need? The check in was easy and the (late night) front desk person was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Great trip! Accidentally booked the wrong hotel and glad I did! Loved our room and the pool. I’m newley disabled and took my first unassisted steps yesterday, in the pool! Yay! Will definitely be back!

The property was nice and clean on the outside as well as on the inside.

The Room was clean and modest in size , breakfast was good ,checking in was unpleasant with lack of respect and in welcoming the guest , and we were really felt unwelcome , guest service agent should learn to do better in terms of greeting the guests with a smile and always greet the guests who walk by and always be able to make the guests feel welcome.

Everything was great except they told me they don’t accept the department store credit card as a form of payment. It’s the only card I traveled with. So inconvenient. Luckily, I was traveling with a friend who used their card for the check in.

Had an excellent stay. Very welcoming staff with warm smilesand went the extra mile to help get a lost stuffed animal back to my son. Clean and quiet stay. Close to gas station and sushi restaurant.

Very clean rooms which exceeded my expectations. Little disappointed that the waffle maker was broken and the kids didn’t get their waffles but overall the rest of the breakfast was satisfying.

The front desk lady was so sweet and friendly. It was so nice. We stopped in on our way to see family in Tehachapi and we were pleasantly surprised at the clean hotel and welcoming staff. Room wasn’t to bad either. I’d stay there again.

I was not able to sleep. Someone was kicking the in the middle of the night … the room across from us had the door broken in the morning. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The room and the facilities were very nice. The indoor pool was surprisingly small and close at 9 PM. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast truly left a lot to be desired. Truly subpar for Marriott.
