Love the space. Very convenient to the beach.

Description listed a sleeper sofa but there was no sleeper sofa.

It has plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is across the street from the beach, however there is a couple flights of stairs. It is next door to the pool, which was fantastic as we spent hours in the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. pots and pans, and the table will sit 8. There was thinks to keep the floors swept and mopped, which I liked as the floors get really sandy.

The cleaning crew does really well, except they do not check for trash removal and there was insulin in the fridge. I did not report it when found as it was not a huge issue to us but may be for others. The metal chairs at the table is not comfortable for larger people. There are no rugs by bed to wipe your feet on to remove the sand. I do think it was a little pricey, however I have not been down in 4 years so it may be completely reasonable.

Close to the beach, full kitchen with grill and propane ready.

3rd floor jet tub didn't work and the dryer for the clothing was clogged and taking 2+ hrs to dry a light load.
