Spacious room, big balcony, affordable hotel.

Not really your typical western hotel. Seemed like a more local hotel. The bathroom was not clean and we did not want to use it during our stay. At the same time, you get what you pay for and we were only staying there for one night after a long transfer.

The hotel’s conveniently located next to the shops, spas, restaurants and the beach. The room is as shown in the pictures and the hotel staff, especially the manager Manju, went out of their way to make the stay comfortable

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Видно что сделали ремонт недавно. Есть горячая вода, стоит бойлер. Большие панорамные окна, у нас был вид на море.

Пол был немного пыльный, тут красная почва попадает во все пространства, но мы попросили помыть еще раз и все окей.

Limited parking outside the property. The lift was non-functional. But staff was quite helpful in making sure your car is parked properly around the property if not in front.

Seems to be a new property which offers three-star value at very affordable price. After canceling my booking at a neighboring hotel due to poor maintenance, I opted for this one and had a truly pleasant stay. Friendly staff, they helped me book an airport drop-off early morning. While there is no restaurant attached to the property, there are several nearby, which makes it convenient.

I had a very peculiar requirement. I was traveling with parents and wanted a place just for a day to take them out, even though I stay in Goa. So I'd to look for a place, which was best for them since they might not step out too much. So this is what the place is best for. A room, with a view of the beach from distance, with a big balcony, at a reasonable price point. If this is your requirement, you can totally go for it. Value for money. Also beach is like a 10 minute walk away, so that's not bad either. But pretty good view from the room, if you are staying on the higher floors. Staff was very polite and always helpful, so kudos to them.

They don't have an in house restaurant, so food needs to be eaten or ordered from outside. The bathroom could be a little better.
