Location, very clean, wife food choice at breakfast, good service.

On Sunday the reception service closes around 2 pm, This means there is no service at the all, this is not specified or said at booking or check in stage so, if you have any luggage to store and collect later, you might be charged for late check out. This happened to me, not professional. Better you verify hotel rules to avoid surprises. Loud voices come at night from the backyard as there is the kitchen of a restaurant in the same building. So better ask for front road rooms.

The staff, they were so kindly and always happy to help.

The building is very old fashioned and with a bad decoration, the hall among the rooms were so dark and very hot because of the air machine.

We spent here one night during our travel in Italy. Hotel was OK for that purpose.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking oportunities were good.

The hotel was located in an industrial area. We were there during the Monterosa fire so there was a smell of burnt in the area all the time. This was unfortunate. Also the beaches close by were a bit too crowded for us.
