Location was perfect, everything was spotless, guy running it could not have been more helpful, highly recommend, would definitely stay there again… 10/10

Great little apartment and much better than a cheap hotel. Private entrance and no noise. Kitchen and with everything available. Host was very helpful when I left a small item behind

Location

There was no breakfast. The location was just a 15 minute walk from the station. An easy walk, however, there should have been information on the exact location in Dawley Rd as it's split in two by a roundabout and I took the wrong side, adding at least another 15 minutes to my walk. Pulling a heavy suitcase over the pretty awful footpaths didn't help.

Getting the keys from a key box. Would have appreciated someone handing me the keys. Couldn't get the code to work when I left so after locking the side gate I threw the keys under the gate into the back yard. All I wanted was a cup of tea when I arrived. The coffee/tea making facilities were attrocious. An open jar of instant coffee, an almost empty container of powdered milk, a plastic container of sugar and I think the tea bags were herbal, not English Breakfast. There was nothing to say what the tea bags were. Anything could have been added to these containers. Cups/plates awful. No TV. No cold water in shower and water too hot to stand under. No shelf/drawer/hair dryer or towel rack in bathroom. Nowhere to put a thing. There was no information inside the unit giving you some idea of what was available in the area. I wanted to book a taxi and emailed the owner asking for a number to ring a taxi but he didn't reply. Fortunately it wasn't raining when I left so I walked again to the station.

Comfortable bed, spacious and lovely bathroom. The owner was really nice and we had a lovely night, Thank you

The whole place was very clean and very well looked after. Had every we needed and is close to all the shops a big Asda and local shops take aways and a 5 minute walk to the hayes and harlington train station. Would stay again at this wonderful apartment.

Nothing at all a very nice place to stay would highly recommend this apartment.
