It was budget friendly! Phila hotels 🏨 are expensive.

I stayed here for a festival. Check-in was seamless. Get the code, use it, and done. Loved the fact that there was no hassle. Parking was great. We came back at 12 am, and there were at least 2-3 spots available every night on a weekend. The building is quiet. Surprisingly, so is the area. You have a pharmacy, pizzeria, and icey stand within a block. This is definitely in my saves for a future Philly trip.

I'm satisfied with my stay. It gave what I needed.

Very clean, big rooms, private entrance, full kitchen and bath.

Too much noise, no microwave, smoke detectors not in working order.

It worked for what I needed.

The price was right, it was close to the location I needed to be at, management was responsive, quiet and no issues during my stay.

Pleasant stay. No complaints. Will consider Capital Hotel for my future trips to Philly.

They at least had Netflix to watch.

The host don’t answer phone calls. I traveled 22 hours just to wait outside. For 1 hour they said they sent me something when that never happen (just answer the phone) I had to ask one of the tenants to contact him , (and he answered their call) so at this point I felt like they was getting over on me. And now I’m stuck in Philly until the 30th. Even after the late incident fee that I wasn’t told before of which was 250.00. That I have to wait 24hours to get back. When he wait 1 min to receive. I will not be back. The apartment had ants and bugs and it smelled like mildew on the floor. It was very hot inside the apartment. We was only provided with a fan and window ac in the living room area. Communication sucks here. Horrible experience!!!!
