Easy key safe. Clean and comfy with everything we needed.

No parking with the property but the nearby hotel was happy to let us park there. Perhaps the owners could come to a permanent arrangement otherwise it’s a decent step to carry luggage. No sound proofing between floors. Those in the apartment above were very heavy footed at 7am in the morning.

Great location, very close to town’s amenities.

Bathroom had a very strong unpleasant disgusting odor of mold. Upon complaining to management they attempted to caulk over the shower basin which did not fix the issue We asked to change rooms but were told that it was not possible. We found our stay very uncomfortable being exposed to that unhealthy smell and we attempted to mitigate our exposure by keeping the bathroom closed and only going in there when absolutely necessary, not acceptable. We feel that management knew about the issue and should never have allowed that room to be leased under its current condition and minimally to have been more accommodating in addressing our concerns.

Amazing place to stay, by the river. Property is clean. Good location. Highly recommended!

Modern, clean, well equipped apartment - very good value for the price.

Just the structure of the bed in the bedroom on one side was a little worn so there was a bit of a ‘dip’. Really minor detail in what was a lovely stay.

Size of the room

The property was well equipped including dishwasher and a full size fridgge-freezer, The bed was also very comfortable. The vista from the sash window across the river to the teashop was a real joy to behold whatever the weather. The flat was located approximately 10 - 15 minute drive from Betws-y-Coed and only 30 minute drive to Snowdonia National Park.

Didn't have parking immediately adjoining the property but good selection of free and paid-for carparks to choose. We used the carpark at the library in the end which was just a 5 minute walk from the property.

The view & location were excellent.

It was rather warm at times.
