Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful, clean hotel! Great location. Quiet street. Sometimes there were problems with hot water. But overall a wonderful and pleasant hotel!

We was little bit disappointed because the pool didn't work.

The rooms were just right. They had everything you needed. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. I really appreciated Julia's advice and Sam's help on everything to make my stay in Samaná as pleasant as possible.

The hotel was undergoing improvements so the pool was closed and access to the rooftop was only available in the mornings for breakfast. The hotel is well situated but is still a 10-minute walk up a hill. The views are good. I guess that is not the hotel's fault but having to hear blasting speakers from all over the place was a bit annoying. I guess that's just how things work in Samaná.

Super friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating and gave us good local recommendations. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, the room was modern and comfortable and quiet, and the walk to the waterfront is quick and easy. Very happy with our stay.
