My family all loved the furnishings and location of the Treehouse Getaway.
It was a very comfortable base for our first St. Simons adventure. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks and the streets were not busy at all during the weekdays, but definitely picked up during Labor Day weekend. Grilling on the tree deck made for a great casual meal. The smart TV worked well and the internet seemed fats, though I did not do a speed test. We definitely would like to return to this property in the future.

House is lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that was easy walking distance to the beach and downtown shops. We loved riding our bikes to Georgia Seafood Grill and Sunset Slush for dessert!

We had a great time at the St Simon’s Island treehouse! The house is very family friendly, modern and a close walk to the beach and town. We will definitely be back!

We loved this neighborhood. Quiet & walkable with lots of trees. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. House was spotless. There are multiple sets of stairs if that matters to you. The deck was a fave hangout. Property managers exceptionally responsive & great!

The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated and a great place to stay. The home has a super layout and is well furnished. It is very comfortable. The tree on the front porch is unique and very cool. The location was great, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and not far at all the activities of downtown SSI and the pier, etc. The beach is awesome, very wide and not very populated during our stay. Our family and our dog had a blast! We took a trolley ghost tour on a nice evening and that was fun. Plenty of good food around and try to fit in a visit to Jekkyl Island to see the Sea Turtle rehab center. Great place to stay!

My family of 5 and my dog had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. A quick walk down to the beach. Downtown was also a quick drive to get to. My 3 boys loved the home. The deck with the big oak was an awesome place to read! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay for our month at Seabreeze Tree House. The house was perfect. The front porch was ideal for morning coffee and a good book. The location was convenient to the beach, the Village, and any restaurant you could want. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Bring bikes bc you can ride everywhere. Great location and master shower is literally the best shower I’ve ever been in. It’s like a firehose.

Our 2nd time staying and it was as nice as the first. The garage is so helpful for storing bikes and paddleboards. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were great. Plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Was able to catch sunrise each day then back to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck under the tree. Really look forward to out next stay.

What a great little house and location. We were able to walk a few blocks to the beach (Myrtle Street access) and catch sunrise each morning. Just a short stroll to the village for shopping and food. The house was clean, AC worked great, and had a very well stocked kitchen. The garage was perfect for storing our bikes safely and we really appreciated all the provided beach gear (umbrella, body board, and chairs). We loved it so much, we already booked again for next year.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the property and the check in assistance provide by the realtor. We also enjoyed the homes proximity to local shops and eateries and the beach. We definitely would consider renting this home again on the next trip to St Simons.

It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Would have liked to stay a month. The walk to the beach access was very nice and not very lengthy. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Check in was a little of a hiccup and getting the televisions to function. Overall all a place I will want to rent again. Thank you!

Super clean, updated and spacious! The tree adds such great charm to this property. The house had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. Location can’t be beat…only a few blocks away from the beach. We are planning to book this same property for next summer.

The location can’t be beat. We rented a golf cart as we had a little one and all his supplies to tote to the beach, but it was very easily walkable to many beach accesses. The neighborhood is quiet with very nice neighbors. It is also walking distance to the pier and the many shops and restaurants there. The house is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you could need.
