We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is right near Golden and convenient to local attractions. Check in was super easy and the home was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable (including the beds!) and completely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway. Communication with the Property Manager was easy and response time was very quick. We look forward to staying here again!

Confortable, cozy, and large enough for us all to be able to spread out and do our thing when it was time to chill. Fireplace was a nice touch!

This home had everything we needed for comfortable visit with family. It was clean and the floor plan was perfect for several groups to visit and eat meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space in back. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops and restaurants. We were very pleased and will book this home again if available.

Amazing neighborhood

Nice, large property. Wonky air conditioning unit kept changing temps without us changing things. Guess it is programmed, but was 58 degrees at one point...so we put it at 71. Next thing I knew, we came back to a hot house and the air conditioner was set to cool to 84 degrees. ?? I couldn't figure it out. Other than that one glitch, the property is really nice. Parking is a problem if you have more than 2 vehicles visiting at once. Nice beds. Clean. Bring every bit of food you may need, including sugar. The only thing on-site is salt and pepper. I'm writing about the negative things, which were very minor. Overall, it was a good property and a good stay.

Very clean property in Arvada! We traveled with 5 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, linens and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable. Outside sitting area was very comfortable. Great array of games to keep the kids busy during some down time. House was convenient to I-70, Golden, and downtown Denver. We would consider staying at the house again if in the area.

Property was short drive to several nice golf courses and home was able to really handle the 5 in our group. Could have 8 and be comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was super clean, We had plenty of space for my family of 7. We drove up the mountion daily which was only about an hour to an hour and 20 mins. away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The home had plenty of clean towels, shampoo/dishsoap/trash bags etc. Also large back yard, Board games & books! Great house & Great Stay! I would stay here again! Thank you!
