Good, central location to most of SD. Relatively quiet area. Be aware you can hear air traffic during daylight hours, but it's not bad. The furniture and beds are comfortable. You'll have a hard time getting a large SUV into the garage, so plan your rental car accordingly. Having that for parking is a must. It's easy to get most anywhere in SD in minutes from this area, so the location is great. Most of the restaurants are a little further up in Mission Beach, there isn't much within walking distance of the house. But we had no trouble finding parking wherever we went. Three kids traveling with us, and all loved the space. And the beach is a stones-throw away, that was great. It was a great trip!

This home is amazing and just perfect location- east walk to the beach, the bay, Belmont park …. Downtown and La Jolla are just a quick drive …. All the rooms are nice size with big closets and nice patios …. Very beachy furniture with lots of windows . Plenty of appliances in the kitchen to prepare all your meals as well as a bbq on the patio . Good size garage with access to beach chairs and boogie boards ! Outdoor hot shower is amazing to shower all the sand off before entering the home ! Love the code entry so not needing to worry about a key!

I stayed here with my family and we had a blast exploring the beach and neighborhood. Centrally located to sea world, zoo, and Coronado island. Very comfy accommodations and responsive management. Would stay here again.

It's a good location walking distances to little markets and restaurants. Right between bay and ocean. Garage is small and really only one car can fit due to furnace and stuff in garage. Maybe a smart car could fit there. Airplane noice but wasn't terrible. Would stay here again. Well stocked kitchen. Quick response from company. Lots of stairs though so be prepared for that. Games under kitchen counter. Books and smart tvs. Comfortable for us all.

This home was a great fit for our family of 5 with 3 young kids. They had beach chairs and sand toys and was a stone’s throw from the beach and bay.

We have stayed here two years in a row and absolutely love it! It’s clean, cute, and ideally situated between the bay and the ocean. A perfect place for a family getaway. Thrilled to have found this gem!

This place was perfect for our bachelor party. It was a very easy walk to beach, bay, bars, and food. Easy bike ride to restaurants. We loved the rooftop patio--we could see the ocean on the beach & bay side from our rooftop--it was the perfect spot for our group to enjoy each other's company, listen to music, and grill. I would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

This property was everything they promised it to be. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect, just a block from the beach. The oven was brand new and was missing its racks. One call to the property manager and it was taken care of within the hour. I highly recommend this property.

We had a really nice trip here. The location was great, in a quieter neighborhood but still a quick way to the bay. My kids had a blast. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for us too. Everything was great. Thanks 710!

House was nicer the. Pictures shows. Furniture has been all updated. Had repair issues..hoping property manager sees this and send someone to inspect house. We called a couple times while we were staying to get repairs done. Dishwasher ia still an issue. My brother is handy and fixed a couple things while there.
